The need for a power of attorney
I was unsure if to get a power of attorney until everything was explained to me in a way that made me fully understand why it's so beneficial. I would always want my wishes carried out which if I was unable to make my own decisions due to memory issues then it could all be taken away and put in the hands of social services etc. I want my daughter and son to be able to make my decision on my behalf. Customer service was excellent, understanding my current situation was what I needed . Very pleasant staff whom I communicated with were excellent and made me feel at ease, and I could ask anything I wanted to without feeling under pressure.

Superb service
