Not a scam, just a bit pants
Not a scam, but the t&c's deflect all responsibilities away for assured screening with regards to timings, cancellations etc. I did a home day 2 test; it was delivered a day late, and the results are coming a day late, which can be chalked down to pandemic, but still, if you need a rock solid provider to get yourself released or tested, I wouldn't go with these guys.

Booked a fit to fly RT PCR test at…
Booked a fit to fly RT PCR test at North Shields, Newcastle. Found test facility no problem. Receptionist male, very good. Asked if I'd had a test done before, which I had not. He explained everything. Easy to understand. Had the test @ 9am finished in 10 minutes. Received a card with my test number on. Received an email @ 1520 telling me the lab had received my test sample, then another email @ 1640 saying the test had started. 1920 received the certificate for a negative result.10 hour turnaround from start till finish, for an end of day test result. All good to go. Nothing to complain about, Fully recommended.
Thanks.

CROOKS
CROOKS, had to cancel my fit to fly pcr test due to rule changes, nowhere online to cancel even though they state there is, online chat is a "bot" and never ever spoke to the "human" that is supposed to handle "my case". Contact tel no is not manned, email is not read(their automated reply). Would not touch these bandits if there is even a 1% chance of you needing to cancel

Does exactly what they predicted!
Ordered the day before at 2pm and arrived the day later as listed. We were in a bit of a pickle as flying on Sunday! Took PCR Friday and dropped off before 2pm, results came the following day as advertised. Brilliant service! Would highly recommend and use assured screening this again!

Absolute con
Absolute con, when you pay for the test you agree to their t&c’s which state you can get refunds 96 hours before your test. Once you’ve paid you receive a confirmation email which says urgent register now which as anyone would do at which point they hit you with another T&C to agree which only a lawyer would make sense off, which as they say super seeds the original one and they won’t give any refunds once you’ve registered, I’ve wasted over £300 with these con artist who are taking advantage of good peoples hard earned money.
Scam. Avoid this Company.
This is nothimg more than a scam. They are unwilling to refund my money for a PCR test even though I cancelled well in advance as per their email.
For those who paid on Credit Card, please talk to them as you may be protected and your Credit Card company can assist.
Also report to Trading Standards and other authorities as you feel fit.
Their behaviour and actions are appauling. Shame on you.

DO NOT USE. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
My sister and I booked tests here for next week at the West Bromwich branch. When booking it said we could cancel up to 48hrs before test date/time, or change booking. YOU CAN'T. I've discovered that the country were going to, can take 24hrs or more to approve your application once you've uploaded your PCR results. This leaves it too tight time wise for us, so wanted to bring our test forward by 1 day (still within timescales allowed by our destination). However YOU CAN'T. Rang them. Recorded message to say no one answering phones, please email, emailed them, had automatic reply to say, no one answering emails, use the 24hr chat on website. This is not a person but a a BOT. Went through the questions. Said wanted to change date. Bot said there's a link in original order to change/cancel, then it closed the chat down. THERE ISN'T A LINK. My sister and I are now having to book elsewhere. Not happy as it means we will lose our £138 we've already paid.
EDITED. They replied that you can change via website link in the 48hrs before your test. Thats fair enough, but I was trying to do it FIVE days before. There WASN'T A LINK IN THE EMAIL my email. I ended up having to TRICK the bot into thinking I wanted to upgrade in order to get a HUMAN to email me. I did eventually manage to cancel and got a refund.

To be honest one star is too much
To be honest one star is too much. Sent our PCR tests on Monday am for Thursday am flight. After numerous emails & trying to find a human to speak to, the results were late so we were unable to board our flight. Their customer service is nonexistent. Would not recommend them.

Don’t risk it
Needed a fit to fly test 48 prior arrival into the country. I was supposed to fly Monday and only just got my results today. I wasn’t able to fly and I had to change my flight, pay for another pcr test with another company.

This is a scam company and should be…
This is a scam company and should be banned in the UK. I tried to cancel my order 15days before my appointment date, but they refused, claiming that their products had been released!! My order for an in-site PCR test, and I didn't receive anything except an email that asked me to complete the patient registration forms urgent ( this is the trap!). Once you fill this form, you will receive another email called Honey ref number. Once you receive this email, you will lose your right to refund or cancel your appointment. This is a scam company, and I am regretted wasting £108 for nothing. The company has an invalid email address, which you will receive in the confirmation email. Also, the phone number is not working. Where is the police from such scam companies which cheat people

Poor customer service
Poor customer service - when things go wrong it's good to be able to talk to someone but the link on your emails does not work and there is no phone number to call to speak to a member er of staff so you are left worried and anxious when not k owing what the delay is or how long it will take to resolve it.

CON ARTISTS AND SCAMMERS!!!!
CON ARTISTS AND SCAMMERS!!!!! Don’t even deserve one star
Used this company as they have an appointment centre near to home and thought it would get quicker result so booked for me and hubby. . Appt not til 31/01 so when changes announced yesterday I contacted them today to canc. Apparently because I’ve been registered for some honey number I can’t cancel. I’ve trawled through their terms and conditions and there is no mention of this just an ambiguous clause saying you can’t cancel if “completed” and this can just mean they’ve registered you not actually tested you. There email confirming my appt stated I can cancel 96 hrs before which is an utter lie . Been on all day to them but nothing £108 down the drain . Whoever owns this robbing company should hang their head in shame 🤬😡
Regarding the reply below it’s funny how when my local MP got involved a refund was received from yourselves in a couple of hrs! Apparently the treatment that myself and my husband had received from yourself was deemed unsatisfactory. She also mentioned that she would be speaking to the minister involved with regulating testing companies.

Fit to Fly results not received in time for flight
I ordered three Fit to Fly test kits in early December for my daughter and family who were travelling to the UK from the USA and returning on 1st January 2022. The family duly tested themselves and the tests were posted into the postbox in Hays Travel, Wigan, in time for the return flight to the USA. The results were not returned until 5th January 2022, five days after their flight. There is no way the family could have returned home if my daughter had not made alternative arrangements with another company for a same-day Fit to Fly test. The service you gave is useless.

Con men/women
Wouldn’t give a star! All a con…..
Booked tests before going away 11 days prior to appointment wishing to cancel and saying they will not refund… all a lie re the 48 hours prior to appointment cancellation
What about that cooling off period? What about the clause 8.5.1
Jokers!!! Do not use

failed to deliver result for over 13 days - avoid
Assured Screening failed to deliver result next day and said it needed a retest and a further 24hrs ( total 48hrs) needed. Failed to deliver within this new 48hr period. What's worse is they never delivered a result at all. I am writing this review 13 days after the test and still nothing. I will be seeking a refund via my card company and suggest you avoid this organisation which a) can't deliver b) can't be contacted.
Update to review.
Assured Screening have responded today (25.01.22) to my original review claiming they did send out the retests on 24.12.22 and have asked me to check my junk mail. I reassert my point above - they failed to supply my retest results at all. I have nothing in my junk mail or anywhere in my emails. I have been receiving all Assured Screening emails fine until they failed to deliver the retests.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, I registered my international departure kit 3 days before I wanted to do and send the test, the form showed I had taken the test 2 days earlier! I tried 3 times to raise this query with their 24/7 online chat (no phone numbers available) response time is supposed to be 4-6 hours. 2 days later still no response, I had to pay a lot more for a walk in test and I will have no chance of reimbursing my money!!! I will never use this company again (buy cheap, buy twice 🤔)

Just awful
Just awful
Ordered a PCR test for return to UK, which they wont send till the day I return, due to a change in circumstances I need to have it with me when i go as not returning to my home address after the holiday and going to go to my holiday home for the 2 days. They refuse to send earlier and refuse a refund/cancelation as there 'terms and conditions' dictate no refunds, terrible service had to spend money on yet another Kit from Zava which send out next day, there website is a mess you cant talk to a human to get help, a money making scamming company that have no regards for there customers.
i have read the reply ,and dont disagree that they advertise when they may send out the test kit but when plans changed for me and requested it to be sent out earlier its was a definite no, cant cancel no customer service and no idea wat they are on about entering a email because i did and got no response, when the government changed pcr to flow test i asked to cancel it was a no, I had no address for them to send it to i can not receive mail at my holiday home.... JUST A TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY STAY CLEAR

Booked a Fit-to-Fly test which promised…
Booked a Fit-to-Fly test which promised a "By midnight the Next Day" service which was more than enough time for my flight back to work.
As this was over the New Year period I had to pay more than double the usual price of £59 (£129).
Site promised I would receive email once the sample was received and undergoing testing but nothing. Reported via there web "chat" facility and still nothing received.
Test was not received in time for my flight but was received 3 hours after it departed.
The test certificate stated that the test was received by midnight the same day of test but the test was not run until 36hours later so after my flight departed.
Complaint sent via email but very much doubt they will refund so will report to Ombudsman for further action.
in short, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY
PCR for travel with certificate
We have used the site on Tyne Tunnel trading estate twice. Results as promised the next day however both times the results went into junk box despite all other emails from Assured going straight to inbox. Drop box and appointment services used. It does look a little shabby but overall happy. Also helped to change DOB on the certificate as this has been inputted incorrectly by a family member.

Avoid Assured Screening…
Dealing with Assured Screening (assuredscreening.com), a company providing PCR arrival tests in the UK.
My experience with them has been a complete and utter disaster: we booked and paid for their service (an arrival PCR test in the UK, in-clinic in Leeds). We did not get a confirmation email (which is required in order to fly to the UK), so we contacted them several times over three/four consecutive days: no answer at all. Then we tried to cancel the service, but again: no answer, and they bot told us we could easily cancel using the confrmation email (which we didn't receive).
We ended up abandoning our efforts (life is too short; money wasted); and booked the service with another provider, that provided us with a smooth, slick service.
DO NOT USE: SCAMMING IN PROGRESS
