Forest Road 280A, E17 5JN, London, United Kingdom
My cargo was dispatched on 15 August and it is 15 december, no one picks up the phone.
I booked some luggage to send to Pakistan they were asked me affeciantly if they can collect the luggage the following day.they collected the stuff in a rush and for £29 kg they charged £54 pounds. And they left without giving me the receipt.I phoned them for the receipt which they sent by email. After six weeks when there was no sign of my things to Pakistan .I tried to contact them but there was no reply. I tried every single day and phoned other companies to see if I can search them. I am totally disappointed that my luggage never reached Pakistan they didn’t inform me their phone lines are out of order…..it’s like dead end situation for me. Please I request others as well don’t get into their trap they are only a fraud.
Don’t use this company.
Goods sent to Pakistan were all opened and (they liked them so much that) some were retained.
Recipient received the remaining items in a shabby conditioned.
When I called the Star Cargo they asked for a list of the items sent. I did this but received no replies after that.
Really poor service. Charged the fees, sent the items. When it arrived in Pakistan the delivery company called to say they could only deliver once I paid the delivery fee. The delivery company would not give me my goods without me paying an additional fee for delivery. This was not mentioned in when I sent the items from the UK. When I called Star Cargo to enquire about this… they told me that I needed to call a number in Pakistan. When I called the number they told me the company owner had died and no one else could deal with my issue. In the end after chasing many many times and eventually Star Cargo not answering any of my calls on any of their telephone numbers, I had to pay the Pakistani delivery company money out of my own pocket to get my goods. Definitely DO NOT use this company. There is no customer service and you will end up paying twice for the same goods. Once from the UK to send and once in Pakistan to receive!!! I will be taking this to trading standards but in the meantime I would suggest not to use this company ever again.
I used their ship service, i sent around 100kg with a good price. It reached there in 6 weeks. I sent more after and i will continue to send with them. Reliable and efficient company.
good cargo company for pak thanks very much
