The customer service experience was…

The customer service experience was amazing. However, the process of setting up took me longer than expected. I have Dyslexia and found it much harder to get and understand the curve pay. I've owned a ring pay before from a different company unfortunately they didn't last long. But the convenience was amazing and when I heard about Astari I didn't hesitate. I love the different colours and other styles to. So I'll definitely be buying more to add to my collection. Works amazing hassle-free

Beats taking your phone out

I bought the ring and I have to say I'm so pleased with it. It's so handy for making a payment,no messing with bank cards or having to take out my phone and unlocking it to make a payment. I'd highly recommend this product.

Love my ring

Love my ring, even bought one for the wife. It's really easy to set-up and the simplicity of not having to get your wallet and then your card out all the time to pay is fantastic. Highly recommended !

Hi David, Many thanks for the review, much appreciated! Sorry to hear about the one instance with the parking meter, it sounds like it is specific to that payment terminal. I believe it might help to try and position the ring as follows: if the payment terminal is standing up straight (which I think is likely the case) like this |. then it is important that you hold the ring parallel to the terminal like this |, so that the ring has the best chance to be read. For most people this results in bending the finger you wear the ring on, and then try and press the finger knuckle against the terminal in the correct spot. It is hard to explain via just text. If you want some more information or better explained what we mean via images, please reach out to support@astariwearables.com and we are happy to further explain!

I’m loving it so far I have the black…

I’m loving it so far I have the black ceramic as I don’t want to spend too much and not get on with it but it’s great … the cashiers always ask “ where did you get that from” the set up could be a bit easier but got there in the end

Fantastic way of paying

Fantastic way of paying! The Astari payment ring is amazing. The face on the people with the card machines when i make payments is hilarious!
One lady said “i had a customer pay with his watch yesterday” i replied “that’s so old school, watch this!” I paid with my Astari Ring and she was speechless! 🤣
Hoping the new gold version 2 is slightly wider to match my wedding ring, waiting to purchase v2.
Love this ring!

Well worth the trouble

Well, this was an experience. Took me 2 weeks to set my ring up but that due to the AI chat bit gave me the run around. Saying that, once I was put in the right direction ( ASTARI customer service ) was amazing. A word of warning, Don’t set up your ring with Curve. Their customer care is beyond rubbish. The app is set up under Mii and their help is rubbish too. If you need help go straight to ASTARI help, they are excellent. Once the ring was set up it worked so smoothly. The only setback was the ring doesn’t as yet work with UK banks but ASTARI pointed me to an app called Hyberjar. This account was easy to set up but they make you jump through hoops before you can set it up. But again, the customer care was excellent and it only took a day to get the issue sorted. All in all it's worth the trouble. I just hope ASTARI ring is around for a long time CAUSE I LOVE IT

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, it is a nightmare to get your money. I would not recommend this company at all.
I ordered 3 rings for my children, they said they wouldn't use them because they have their phones on them all the time. Ring sizes arrived 28th November. I emailed and sent a message on the same Friday to cancel. I have been told that I will have to wait for the refund because they have sent the rings out even though I have not given them any ring sizes. I have sent a few emails over the weekend and today. Why would they send ring sizes out and the same day they have sent apparently 3 rings of any size they have chosen which might not fit!

After writing this review, I received an email from them apologising, I have since received a full refund.

Customer service saved the day

I did have difficulties initially with the set up and the first ring provided, but customer services took over and efficiently resolved the issues I had, including a replacement with upgraded chip.

Smart ring

I've owned payment rings before so was familiar with the set up, first from Astari though. I bought the Matt black finish. Very comfortable to wear all day and looks good. My previous rings suffered from reliability, been using this one for about a month now without issue.

It should work there too, so we’d love to help get that sorted for you. These terminals often have smaller or slightly hidden NFC sensors, so correct positioning is key. EXCELLENT SUPPORT

I am extremely satisfied with this special company that is entirely dedicated to customer satisfaction. To summarise my experience in a few words, I wrote to Astari's customer support to report a defect in my gold ring, a very kind employee immediately passed the problem on to the manager, Mike that offered me several solutions, I was positively impressed by this impeccable way to resolve the situation as soon as possibile, i Fever need an item to speed up I know for sure which company i world turn to
a company that has such human resources is to be considered excellent. In my case, they were the ultimate in dedication.
