I ordered a wig and received it today only to see it is a synthetic wig all synthetic. I am so upset because I had been waiting for it to come for an event. This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER.FROM THEM! They will Give you a hard time when trying to return it as well. Poor customer service and overall bad company. They are also based in China so the address on the website is false .

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!! They sent me a completely different wig NOT what was advertised. Their return policy IS NOT the best process. It not a USA company you're ordering from.

The communication is great, from beginning to end. The hair on the other hand is not. The hair itself comes without smell & looks great right out of the package- after bleaching the knots, I realize that the lace quality is no better than an Amazon wig. Do NOT recommend for the amount of money spent on the wig.

My shipment arrived relatively quickly and the Asteria Hair team is always great - cordial, friendly, and informative. And I looooooove my hair!! I get lots of compliments. It doesn't shed and the quality of the lace and the hair is fantastic!

I ordered this hair (600128474) on 1/09/22. I received tracking information and a text from DHL that it would be delivered on 14/09. This hair was never delivered. DHL have tried to get in touch with this company to get my package resent or refunded and still NOTHING. I have emailed them back and forth for over a month and they still have not been able to resolve this. I will NEVER order hair from this company again and will advice EVERYONE I know to STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Horrible service and the product was faulty. I ordered a “custom piece it was a gray silver wig I spent $350 and paid for accidental shipping issues so on and so forth. I received my hair 3+ weeks after the order and it was purple! The company solution was to send me $15 and told me to color corrected on my own, when I told him that wouldn’t work they upped the “refund to $50 I told them that wouldn’t work and requested a return. I requested a return for this order maybe four times before receiving the slip. I have another order with them I was so upset with the customer service I told him I wanted the item returned they still have not issued the return for that item, last night the customer service person sent me the address and said send us the tracking information when you get it… Didn’t say anything about issuing a return, didn’t update me on my purchase that was previously returned and shows that they received the product. It is a nightmare and because they are overseas they only write you from midnight to 3 AM, they have a funny return policy so I have even wrote in my emails that I feel like they are jerking me around so that I cannot get the item shipped back to them. I even took photos of the hair the day I received it, sent them the pictures and requested the return be processed 4 times after that I was emailed by customer service telling me to just “try it on”and “we have higher density we can send you” no return information until I sent another 3 messages all stating I wanted the item returned the last message gave me an address in New York and said send it there send us the tracking info…. Can’t help but feel like I just got robbed for about $500

I’ve been shopping with them for a little over three years, I honestly can’t remember. I always come back. Tbh, their straight hair has been my weakness, it’s the truth. I love that hair so much with how silky it is and how long and full it comes.

I appreciate the customer service even more! I can order a wig today, get an email trying to confirm my shipping and it’ll be here before I know it. That’s what we need more of, quick response times and fast work. I truly love Asteria, I stg I will always continue to shop here. And I write this as I’ve received another 30 inch down in like three days.

This hair is great. I ordered the kinky curly texture in lengths 20 22 24 with a 20 inch closure. I added highlights which did not alter the integrity of the hair... it remained just as silky as before the process. This install withstood chlorine AND salt water.. and that was 2 years ago.. i install the same hair a few days ago with out the closure.... did more splashing in the pool and when I tell you my curls are just as luscious as a big wet kiss. I have zero complaints! Hope this was helpful!. I Love this hair!

If I could give them a zero I would!! Save your money and go somewhere else. I purchased a unit/wig from this company, never wore it. Just washed and combed as I usually do with ALL of my wigs ( that I have been wearing for years). Hands full of hair came out of the unit. When I messaged the company all I got was a run around. Multiple people was emailing me. I could never get any kind of consistency. I had to keep replying to the same questions over and over. I was told that I couldn’t wash the wig with shampoo. I mean whaaaat!!!!!!! Can’t wash my wig??? Also that I was going to have some shedding as I combed the hair. Yes this I know but not balding before I have even had a chance to wear it. I have had plenty of wigs and NEVER have I had this happen. After giving me the run around for weeks they then replied I had the unit for 3 months and they couldn’t replace it. Of course now it’s been 3 months. I have been getting the run around for a month. Yes a discount was offered but who wants to purchase another unit from a company that wouldn’t honor the previous one that was a bad unit to begin with. Do yourself a favor an order from another place not Asteria. Their products is horrible and customer service is even worse.

I ordered a 22inches water waves wig and it came 1 week later. i love the hair it is so beautiful and soft just like the picture. the lace is so thin and transparent. Thank y’all so much Asteria Hair. Y’all need to get one forshu !!!! . ❤️😍

Please Do not buy from this company. The hair seems pretty at first but after the first wash its like hell tangling natting. Its not worth your money or time and they lie alot

I purchased a wig from Asteria but decided to exchange it for 3 bundles/closure of hair. I communicated with Jasmine with the company several times. She was so professional and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. They were glad to exchange the wig for the bundles. I received the 3 bundles/closure yesterday. The hair is so soft and beautiful! The bundles are also very full and lovely. I can't wait to install them. I love Asteria hair and I highly recommend this company!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a wig. I tried to order a wig from them 20 days before my birthday and they kept emailing me about an apt number which wasn’t necessary to the order so they hadn’t shipped it all while they were emailing me about an apt number. Then I asked them if it was going to arrive on time with all the time they wasted emailing me while holding my wig. They basically told me it wasn’t guaranteed it was going to come so I just told them to cancel it. It was very childish and a waste of my time to keep going back and forth with their customer service who can’t even type in proper English. Like they have a 14 yr old writing the emails. Then on top of that they canceled my order before May 18th and I have not received my money till this day anddd I never received a wig from them. I would absolutely never shop with them again. Their whole website is a lie you will not receive a wig in 3-7 days. If anything I think this website is a scam just to get money I would not trust them. No matter how good their website is just save yourself a headache there are plenty other good websites to choose from.

I have been using this hair company for 2 years now it is the best so far best quality of hair for an affordable price
