Where do I start? I have been ordering my wigs from Asteria Hair since 2020 and have never been disappointed. I ordered my second to last wig from somewhere else and was extremely disappointed. I was all the more impressed by Asteria's service. I received a beautiful wig with bleached knots and the hairline was even prepared for me... but that didn't have to be the case!! What a nice service or surprise! I was also always informed as soon as my package was moved and they always asked if everything was OK or if I had picked up the package. I will only order from Asteria from now on.

Beautiful wig! It was exactly what I paid for! The hair is super full and bouncy, they pre-plucked the hair and pre bleached the knots, it looks amazing!

Overall experience was great, the hair came very fast, great quality wig, very soft and shiny, the lace was preplucked and bleached.

The wig is on point no need to pluck or bleach because it's already done. Go get one now you won't be disappointed

Great timeline to the UK. it arrived today, brilliant packaging, and the product, which was the most beautiful wig, was packaged securely and beautifully and had some extras in the box. Highly recommended company, and I shall 100 % be buying lots more.

This company cares a lot about their costumers. My package was lost in the mail and Asteria made sure I got my order and some extra gifts. 😄 The hair is very soft and the overall quality is really good. Their prices are also great so give them a try. This was my second order and I plan on buying more.

When the wig fist came it was so pretty. The second time wearing it was the last time. It got nappy real fast and I can't straighten it because it's all different lengths. The hair is no good and I spent 400.00. Will not be getting my wedding wig from here anymore.

Sooo happy! Asteria is my “go to” for my curly or wavy hair and they never disappoint! I received my wig within a week (26 inch loose deep wave) and I was ecstatic that I didn’t have to pluck or bleach it. Washed. Air dried. Gorgeous!

I am on my 4th wig from Asteria hair and it is perfect. I have never had an issue with their wigs. One time the wig was too big and I kind of complained and know what they said? “Just ask for small cap!!”. Every time they’ve made me a small cap it has been so perfect. The hair on their wigs seem to be pretty decent too. I will continue to order wigs from them as long as they continue to offer great business and good customer service

OMG I LOVE THIS FREAKING WIG I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BUT I JUST DYED IT ON THE SIDE FOR A SKUNK STRIPE. IT WAS PRE PLUCKED TO PERFECTION THE KNOTS ARE SUPER TINY AND THE WIG SEEMED LIKE IT WAS 30’ EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 26’. THE LACE IS PERFECT THE WHOLE DAMN WIG IS PERFECT AND ASTERIA DEFINITELY GAINED A NEW CUSTOMER FAREAL!!!

I sure wish I came across these reviews before purchasing from this company. The return process is a nightmare! I've been going back and forth with customer service questioning me about why I want to return, trying to convince me to exchange, and constantly asking for updated pictures. After reading other negative reviews, I'm nervous about sending the unit back because I fear they will NOT offer a 100% refund even thought the unit has not been worn, styled, or used in any way. This is my first and last purchase from this company- you've been warned!

First time wig wearer here...This was my ever purchase for myself and I surprised my sister to a 30 inch straight wig for Christmas...we both were very happy with the wigs. I ordered on December 12th 2023, and have enjoyed my wigs since. Dyed really well, the knots were a bit stubborn but they're tiny. The HD lace is thin and undetectable.

Their correspondence and customer service is amazing. They were patient and informative in their answers. Despite me already paying for my order and confirming what I wanted, my sister still unbeknownst to her that she was getting a wig, changed her mind on the bone straight texture and wanted natural straight instead. I immediately informed Asteria and they were very accommodating to the change and sorted it out with no issues.

We definitely plan on buying again, and we both already have another basket filled ready to order more. My sister has already ordered a glueless wig and is also happy with her purchase. I'm definitely going to be loyal customer going forward as long as they maintain their quality and standards.

Great quality hair and the lace on the wig was already bleached and tinted to match my scalp! The customer service is also amazing- very professional and responsive. I highly recommend!
