Incomplete and impossible to get in touch!
I did recieve my aston pipe but there are no screws with it so I can't install it. Besides that the package that was suposed to come with it is also not included. Try to contact them trough the contact form but I don't hear anything back and also trough email they do not respond.
If you will solve it in a good way I will change my review but for now I first want to come in touch with you.

Seying not complete and missing extras
The orderd and payed premium reservoir did not arrive and the stand rod was missing from the package. I can't assemble the fireplace.

I order the aston with couple of other stuffs and i received Only the aston and I already build it. But nothing else.no cover no protection no 1 litre of biothene no gift with 79$ value no filling funel and I contacted them and they requested from me to send them a video how I am unboxing the package but they never replied afterwards. I raised a dispute to my bank. I can confirm that the aston is functional but is not true that is having the capacity to fill in with 1 liter maximum with 300ml.

Poor quality- SCAM -order #17299
Order took one month to arrive as they claimed there was a shortage of stock. When it arrived I could clearly see it was made in China and poor quality materials used. There were scratches everywhere. It was not user friendly to install either. I purchased the white color and after 10 minites of using it the white at the top becomes brown. This is far from Scandinavian design. Good concept poor materials. They also promised a 1 litre reservoir. I received one that barely holds 300ml and burns for 20 minutes only. Total scam. No replies from them either. Stay away from them! They need to be reported and taken down.

German customer service phone number and contact email doesn't exist and clearly seems to be fake! I have no contacted Paypal to start the process of getting my money back.

SCAM. Do not buy. Had tracking then checked the tracking and it said it had been returned to sender. Now I cannot contact them and the tracking does not exist. Ordered nearly 10 days ago.

It's a scam
It's a scam! They advertise delivery within 48 hours to 4 working days. I placed my order ten days ago and have emailed them three times and submitted three contact form requests without any reply. There is no update on my order, merely the confirmation that I placed it. Having to go through the bank to get my money back.
