tldr; Aston provided an end to end service to remodel our ensuite bathroom. We would not hesitate to use them again.

This started with a design service that included sound advice based on evident experience of what works and what doesn't. We felt we could be confident in accepting the recommendations made in terms of products and colours etc. After completion of the project we are even more delighted with the choices and the quality.

The bathroom was installed by two very experienced gentlemen who completed the work to the highest standards. They replaced the floor, which now feels extremely solid where the old one was creaky. The finish on the work is completely flawless. They rectified some faults with our aging plumbing and heating system, and had to struggle with some previous horrors like the bathroom having two layers of old tiles that even covered the skirting boards!

There was one small snag - the hand basin had a very slight leak, which took a couple of weeks for us to notice. This was put right the day after I mentioned it.

We used Aston Design for our replacement kitchen and were very pleased with the overall service. Tom was really helpful with suggestions for planning and designing the kitchen and came out several times to check on details. The kitchen fitter could turn his hand to any task and helped out with several ad hoc jobs. The job was managed well, took a little longer than expected, however the end result is a good looking practical kitchen.

First time for us replacing our home kitchen. Needless to say anyone doing so will realise it's very tricky partly because there is such a wide variation in suppliers, pricing, offers and quality. Every supplier also is able to justify why they offer the best service, product and price etc.

For us it came down to the interaction of the individuals and how they dealt with us and ultimately our conclusion of what 'value for money' was and what we therefore consider a sensible budget for our project.

We were recommended Aston by someone who had already dealings with them which was positive and from the first meeting, the skill and patience shown throughout the entire project made a complex design and delivery such a big difference. What we particularly admired was a fair comparison (positive and negative) against other quotes we had. Aston from a value for money perspective suited our budget, met our requirements and gave us the confidence that they would be able to deliver and provide the customer service. The other thing to note, that there are always some tweaks and things as a consumer you would not think of and Aston throughout recommended and did to provide that high quality finish.

We were very happy overall and have had no issues since. Highly recommended.

A big thanks to the Aston designs team for our new kitchen, we love it! They made everything stress free and their attention to detail in the design and the fitting was brilliant! I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing a new kitchen to pay them a visit! 10/10 service!

We wanted a worktop for our kitchen, and contacted Aston Designs for a quote - they were professional from start to finish, gave us advice on the different ranges they had, so we were able to make a decision on the material of worktop that suited us best. They came and installed it, all COVID safely, and we love the end result !

Aston Designs stripped everything out of our old bathroom including lighting, cupboards and flooring and replaced it with a bright, modern and much more functional bathroom in the small space available. Their help with the design was invaluable and their fitters were very professional, overcoming the usual problems of old houses that have had many changes over the years.
The resulting bathroom is unbelievable and is still a pleasure for all the family to use one year on.

We had a bathroom fitted earlier this year. Can't complain about the quality of work - the fitters were excellent. However, the work took a week longer than stated, leaving us with no bathroom for the duration (3 weeks in total). The delay was due in part to the guys starting another job in our 3rd week and only when I contacted the owner did they arrive to complete the job. The owner presented us with our final invoice, which included an increase of 10% on the price quoted, which we disputed. However, a leak developed (we noticed water coming through the ceiling in the lounge and onto our furniture) and when we got in touch were told that it would not be looked at until we paid the extra money (which included a charge for plastering that wasn't done, along with other items that the owner couldn't recall.) We also had an issue with the toilet seat and were told by the owner that it's normal for it to need adjusting as it's a toilet seat (he did eventually replace it). We paid a lot of money and have not had a refund for the 10% (£900.00) extra charged. The owner also asked for £3000.00 to be paid in cash, rather than into their business account.
I'm afraid I would not recommend the company as the owner promised he would fit under floor heating free if we paid a deposit within 24 hours and he then claimed he didn't say that. He agreed to fit free but then overcharged for the underfloor heating. We have all paperwork to back up what has been stated in this review.

Very pleased indeed with our fitters who were excellent, with the finished bathroom and with aftersales service and little extras we asked for. Would have happily given five stars but for a late start and a couple of lapses in communication.

My wife and I are delighted with our new kitchen! Ram has been an absolute star! His skill, experience, hard-working ethic, willingness to please and attention to detail have all been excellent. Malik also proved to be a hard and competent worker. He coped very well with the electrics and complemented Ram effectively throughout. Both Ram and Malik also took all the vagaries of an old house in their stride and came up with good solutions.

Having used Aston Designs 2 years ago for a splendid new bathroom we knew the importance they attached to good design, specification and top quality workmanship. Sunny did everything possible to make sure that we would be equally pleased with our new kitchen!
