At no point when the flooding incident happened in my property on 19/09/25 did I get an apology from either the incompetent who caused the issue or, indeed from anyone else at Aston since.
The only apology I've been given is the no doubt, standard & insincere one they have posted as a result of the negative review that I gave them. A bit late in the day to be showing

remorse. Not only did they treat me with contempt

and disrespect, they had the bloody audacity to sanitise their version of events when they were approached by L & Q. This incident isn't going away and has been escalated to a Stage 2 complaint by me with L & Q who have now assured me that a proper investigation will take place. Aston are merely interested in their own PR; screw the customer!

Boiler serviced just in time for the colder months. Good service.

Very open and transparent. Installed an EV charger for us with minimal fuss and helped us understand how to use it. Location we wanted to put the charger was slightly challenging but rather than push us for an easier position they understood our needs and managed to make it work very well.

One of the most irresponsible company They don't deserve for one star even. 5 times they promised for engineer visit to resolve the problem but nobody turned up and job is still pending

I had an electrical inspection...who didn't look at anything!!! told me i was getting new sockets etc. On the day of works some horrible rude electrician turn up, spent half hour on my toilet having a dump, didnt have a pen, then argue with me about the works i was told was going to happen, lazy sod wanted me to move furniture, absolutely horrible and rude!!! i got three bust discs in my spine and some rude idiot can't move things that he's paid very well to do...i've never had a problem with the gas side but the electricians are f horrible lazy rude.

Aston Group recently attend my property and I have nothing but good things to say! They were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Everything fixed and installed and tidied up afterwards, would highly recommend.

Really poor. Persuaded my elderly parents into getting a new boiler despite theirs working fine. Turned up and mentioned they need to change every radiator in the house too. Then swapped out the electric power shower they had for a basic cheap one with barely any water pressure. Fitted a gas pipe which ran through the bathroom door frame meaning the door couldn't close. Left a hole in the kitchen wall to the outside for 48 hours. Installed a faulty timer for the heating. Then returned to sort out the gas pipe in the door, couldn't see the problem. Whole job was shoddy

This is a building and maintenance company woking largely in the social housing market. They are absolute cowboys. I wouldn't trust their electricians to rewire plugs and as for gas safety checks, they are skimped over and never done properly.lIf you have a choice don't let this complany anywhere near your home.
