Exceptional service
From first contact, I have had exceptional service. During my first conversation, they listened to the issues I was having with my (then) current hearing aids from another supplier and booked me in with Les in Amersham.
Les was extremely thorough and gave excellent advice in a professional but friendly manner. I have since bought new hearing aids from Aston Hearing, tailored to my requirements and preferences and the difference is like night and day. I have had a follow up after wearing them where Les fine tuned them based on my real world usage and my only regret is not going to them sooner.

Making of molds for ear protection…
I had an appointment for ear protection with James. The appointment was on time with being extremely professional and courteous at all times.

The staff dealing with blocked ear…
The staff dealing with blocked ear because of wax dealt with the problem very deftly and the receptionist was very helpful
