Servizio di spedizione pessimo, sono delusa

I placed an order on 12 October. The goods have still not arrived. I sent an email to customer service at the end of October to find out the status of the shipment and they replied telling me it was on the way. I checked the shipping status and it has been stopped since 1. November I don't know where. It still hasn't made it through customs. It bothers me a lot, it's a gift and I hope it arrives as soon as possible. My second email has not been answered. I didn't expect such behaviour from a company I thought was reliable. I am disappointed.
