I don’t understand why you don’t want to process my withdrawal

I invested in this company about 5 months ago. And when I wanted to withdraw, they asked me 400 dollars as a fee so that I would not have any problems with my withdrawal. I made a withdrawal last week but they won't let me. The support team doesn't answer and their online chat is disconnected. I don't know what to do and I need my deposit and interest. Is there anyone who can guide me? What should I do? Does Astoria respond? Is it a scam? So please prove transparency and trust to us across borders. After 3 month they don’t give my money. After 4 months they gave me an answer. Friends, I got a lawyer from SEC so I can get my funds from them. They didn't give me my money they gave me 42 trillion ethereum meta which is the most worthless cryptocurrency. They are lying to you SEC said Astoria is not under our regulation. I lost my money completely. Stay away from them they are lying to you. You know trust pilot doesn't allow sharing. That's why you want it. You're a liar. You want more money to withdraw.

I placed my withdrawal last week and it kinda delayed for some hours though it later went through that same day. The support are beginning to be more active to response and taking investors complaints more serious.

They have customer service

I don't know why it takes time switching to another package on the platform. It's been days now without getting any response nor appropriate information on that or how to go about it. The company needs to do better with providing much information or better still attend to their support tickets raised by their investors to lessen the worries. I'm okay with the returns given at the end of every trade, that's satisfactory.

Last week was definitely not the best of my withdrawals in the past couple of months, I experienced delay trying to make withdrawals which took the whole day for it to be successful. This is so unusual and the platform needs to look into and work on it quickly. All my deposit and withdrawal has always been swift but that if last week was very annoying. I hope something is done about it to avert such from happening in the coming week.

I just want to make a little inquiry or ask a question, I introduced my brother in-law and wanted to help him open an account. I just wanted to know if it's possible that we both use the same email, or will it go against the rules?? I wouldn't want to complicate things with his new account.

The slight delay in response time from the support team can be looked into. They do a good job, don't get me wrong, but their responses are not always on the spot. Kindly look into it that investors are being responded to, as and when due. I acknowledge your work load still.

The FAQs didn't address everything there is to know about the company, I am pleading that you update the FAQs to answer all the basics there's to know about your company so that investors will have a first hand knowledge about your company. The process of profit generation and distribution should be made very clear to investors. Me personally I understand you guys trade with the support of AI for accuracy, but the whole process is still a little bit unclear to me. Making a short video tutorial to further explain this process will go a long way in boosting confidence of investors. However, I must commend you guys for the amazing Job so far.

Finally I want to know if there's any hidden charged to deposit before I proceed or I should worry about the gas fee only from my wallet holders??

There's also a need to widen other means of deposit I believe this will work out and make things a lot easier for investors who are not really into crypto space for deposits.
