As such, we collaborate with relatives and other professionals including our health partners to facilitate the general wellbeing of service users. This is manifested in phone calls to family and GP surgeries when the need arises and joined up support is required. Astoria Homecare is of the firm belief that each client is an expert by their experience and an individual who knows how best they wish to be cared for, we take into serious account expressed wishes, likes, dislikes and preferences of each client and involve clients in all aspects of their care and support.
