"Not taking responsibility for technical failures
The sales department was very polite, helpful, and quick to respond – I truly appreciate that part of the service.
However, I had a serious issue with the technical side. I purchased a final drive (reducer) for ZX250LC-5. The sales manager reassured me everything would be fine, but after installation we noticed the connection area was not of good quality. Despite this, we were advised to proceed. Soon after, the reducer started making unusual noises and eventually failed after only 100–200 meters, causing damage to the hydraulic motor.
Astrak did send a replacement for the reducer, which I appreciate, but unfortunately they did not take responsibility for the damaged motor. This situation left me with additional costs and concerns about technical support.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully consider the risks before working with this company. While the sales team is excellent, the technical support and aftersales responsibility need serious improvement.
