REALLY POOR QUALITY
I was really excited to receive the cosmic star band ring in gold as a gift as I had been eying this up for so long! I recieved this at Christmas and in-spite me following the guide lines and regularly cleaning I am really disappointed that it has lost all of its colour. I realise gold plating does not last forever but 5 months is ridiculous!
In the same gift I recieved the snake bracelet and this was so flimsy on the clasp that it has snapped, looks gorgeous really poor quality!
I contacted astrid and Miyu to be told to clean it and get back to them, which I have and recieved no response. Really disappointed.
I’m afraid this company is very good at marketing but all style and absolutely no substance

We understand your frustration regarding the ring. While we always recommend following our plated jewellery care guidance to help maintain the finish, plating can naturally wear over time with use. As a result, wear to plating isn't covered under our one-year warranty unless a manufacturing fault can be identified.
We're also sorry to hear about the issue with your bracelet clasp. As this would be covered under our one-year warranty, our Customer Connection team has advised that this can be returned via our online returns portal.
We can see the team has also offered a goodwill return option for the ring, and we hope the solutions provided help to resolve this for you.

courtney was amazing!
me and two of my friends all got our helix peirced at the oxford street selfridges store a few weeks ago. (sorry kept forgetting to leave a review!!) but we were very well looked after from start to finish by Courtney and the rest of the team were lovely. Courtney was very welcoming and made sure we were all comfortable getting our ears pierced. she talked us through every step and it really did make the difference. bearing in mind we were all slightly nervous we all left very happy! the process was very quick and we were given detailed instructions on how to look after our piercings. I can confirm that after 3 weeks my peircing is still all good and is healing well! thank you so much!

The jewellery is great value beautiful pieces for every day and occasion wear. But most of all I have been so impressed by the level of customer service both online and in the stores.
Definitely my favorite brand of all the ones out there and I would highly recommend. Thank you customer services for all your help. I love my new ring stack ❤️

Great Service from Bia
I went into store to buy some rings id seen previously, Bia was so helpful in finding the right size and being so patient with me as I ummed and ahh’ed whether to get them or not. I ended up with both rings and a new earring for my cartilage that she’s booked me an appointment for to get changed over. Such lovely service and always the best experience in Astrid & Miyu.

Amazing customer service
My husband was buying a ring for my birthday. Hannah was so helpful and patient as I particularly liked a ring that was not available in my size. She showed me a similar ring, which I did choose. She was not pushing a sale, which was nice. She was very friendly, asking about our plans. Overall it just a lovely experience, Hannah was professional, polite and a great face for Astrid and Miyu in Fenwicks.

It has been six days since I got my nose pierced and it was also my very first time. The experience and the comfort was amazing, super professional and I honestly can’t recommend this place enough🤩 especially the piercer who did mine which was Vikki, she was the sweetest person ever and she made sure I was comfortable and ok as she did the whole process. Got a rose gold permanent bracelet for my 40th birthday which broke within 6months. Having not lived near a shop i only recently went to get this put back on to which i was told there was numerous weak links which i couldn't understand considering it was only less than a year old when it broke. The shop fixed bracelet and said no more they can do if breaks again. It broke again the same day and i lost it. Really disappointing considering the fact it was expensive. The fact you dont do rose gold anymore makes me wonder if this is the reason.

Our welded bracelets, including our rose gold styles, are crafted from solid 9k gold and are designed with durability in mind. Within our welded bracelet service, we are pleased to offer a one-year warranty in which we can reweld your chain free of charge.
As the issue was raised with us after this one year period had passed, the bracelet was assessed based on its condition at the time of your visit. Our instore team were able to offer a complimentary reweld as a goodwill gesture but advised that this was made as a one time exception.
Sadly, as the bracelet was outside of warranty and subsequently lost, we're unable to offer a replacement chain. We are truly so very sorry for the upset this has caused. If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Connection team who would be happy to help.
