Now, regarding the rating - It's becoz of the Horocosmo App. It shows wrong information about my sun sign. Like how come you guys can predict it wrong. Even google and chat Gpt can tell these basic stuffs correctly. Please whomsoever is reading this comment, kindly pass it to the correct team so that the App features can be corrected and designed in a better way. Thank you

Don't order personalized kundli firstly I ordered kundli they gave me cosmic code and same things were written in the report which was written in thier app (horocosmo). Please don't order. It's better to order from somewhere else like saahil kohli or somewhere else

Cheater pandit Fake website, I paid and kept on waiting for kundli, customer care number given is invalid, online service close the ticket without resolving complaints, no response at any platform

I made the payment and I didn’t avail services. I have been sending several emails, messages for refund but no one is responding. Also, their contact number given on website doesn’t work. Kindly refund my money.

The report say delivered in 3 day but never got delivered 3 months later. Have called them and Pinki said it will be delivered soon but still no response. They asked to raise a ticket and then closed it without providing the service I opened the ticket for. To Reopen you have to signup and become their member. They are clearly a fraud. They will keep sending you whataap messages simce day 1 you buy their product.

Totally rubbish. Toke my money never gave me a reading. Called the support number no body answers.

I repeatedly asked them to correct the country of birth on the details I provided, but they simply refused to do it. At one point, they even changed the state to “Canada” — which is completely illogical and shows a serious lack of attention to detail.

Despite following up multiple times, no one has explained or fixed the issue. They took the payment, and now I’m left questioning whether the kundli is even accurate. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such personal and important information. Would not recommend.

Don't buy his personalized kundali. This is absolute garbage. I read 152 pages. I never felt this is talking about me. Everything is unrelatedable, false, computer generated. I did a property check to the pdf. I found there is 30 of gap between my payment making and pdf generated.

This is auto- generated (forcefully enlarged) with so many unnecessary graphs and charts (covering 70 pages).

the course is superb. but if lifetime access was given would have been helpful. because with basic course only I was able to think ahead of the other person based on the namank analysis.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my query remained unresolved. I was repeatedly assured that a resolution would be provided by the end of the day, but that never happened. Eventually, they stopped responding to my calls altogether.
A truly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I ordered kundali from Astro Arun Pandit and when I received the kundali, I found my birth place is changed to my present native place. Later when I contacted the customer care, and informed about the mistake, they corrected it with my correct birth place, but to my utter surprise, I found that the report was almost identical with the previous report. When I contacted the customer care about this, they replied that there is a change in one of the charts, and otherwise there were no changes found. I am pretty confused because my birth place is around 6000 km of my native place and with little knowledge of astrology I know that this change should cause huge change in the astrological prediction. Hence, I am unable to fully trust the kundali received from Astro Arun Pandit.
