I came to Astteria to buy a piece of jewellery as a birthday present for my sister. To say I had an unpleasant horrible experience is an understatement. The quality of the said Jewellery is terrible. The staff were so pushy and rude as I was unsure of what I wanted, but because I was made to feel so uneasy and spoken too like rubbish I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere..

Avoid at all costs. A member of Astteria staff conned my ex husband into purchasing a diamond engagement ring for me which was severely damaged. It was a complete con. They're con artists. It had a massive inclusion right down the middle. I then discovered the same member of staff had been meeting up with my ex husband after selling him my wedding ring. Unbelievable the owner even goes by an alias name because the company is such a fraud. He calls himself george the jeweler but his real name is Yair Hadary. The icing on the cake is that they still have me tagged on thir IG page whilst claiming they never did business with me. Ladies don't send your man here to get your wedding ring you'll end up with a piece of crap and a divorce.

This was my second purchase with Astteria. I contacted Ehud and he promptly sent me a video of the ring. Shipping was fast considering I had the ring resized. The presentation box is beautiful! I absolutely love the ring I received! The quality and workmanship is awesome. I highly recommend Astteria!

I contacted Astteria to look for a pink diamond ring for 10th wedding anniversary. Ended up with 2 pieces of pink diamond jewellery, both come with certificates and great prices.
Overall Astteria has a vast collection of fancy colour diamonds jewellery for you to choose from which is quite rare for UK. The atmosphere was kind of office-like with a well decorated showroom, although to me it still felt like an office. lol I mean no windows, show cabinets (there were show cabinets but they were empty and they only brought out the pieces that I may be interested in) etc. The lighting in the showroom was brilliant and made the diamonds dazzling, enough seating for the whole family. The service was exceptional. I got my ring shipped across the sea with no extra charged, the ring was resized to fit my ring finger on the same day that we went to pay and pick up. The prices compare to other well-known brands are of course much better, saving themselves from big storefront, marketing and such and those costs passed on to customers. The packaging is also super luxurious and I've got gifts like wine and Christmas hamper... that was a true luxury shopping experience that I found missing from luxury brands nowadays.

I have been planning this ring purchase for a few years and had spoken to other jewelry companies before finding Astteria. My desire was to purchase a blue diamond but was having trouble fitting this into my modest budget. Astteria made the process of designing a custom ring very easy and worked with me to fit my desires into my budget. I maintained contact with the same person throughout the entire process which was a nice surprise compared to other companies that I had reached out to in the past. I was provided with a video and GIA report of a blue diamond that fit into my budget before the custom designing process began. I spoke to Astterias sales representative over the phone as well as through email regularly. I had a lot of questions and even made modifications to the ring after production began. My questions were answered promptly and professionally. I was also provided with regular updates on the progress of my ring. The entire process, including shipping, took a little over four weeks. I was very (pleasantly) surprised with this turn around time. I received my beautiful blue and pink diamond ring last week and am so thrilled with the design, quality and customer service. This experience has exceeded my expectations at every turn and I plan to use Astteria again in the future for any other jewelry purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone who compliments my ring, which happens often.

Incredibly positive buying experience. Astteria (and Ehud) worked with me on numerous aspects of the sale, including the timing of my purchase, the origin of the shipment, separate shipping of certificates, etc. I feel like I received the best service possible.
