I purchased the battery (6 cells, 56Wh, 10.8V) for my Asus laptop last year, and I’m now sharing my experience.
The product has worked very well — the battery performs reliably, holds charge as it should, and has had no issues to this day. It fit perfectly, and installation was quick and easy.
This store was the only one whose professional and clear product description gave me the confidence to order — and I wasn’t disappointed. From the very beginning, I was genuinely satisfied with both the product and the service.
Shipping was fast, packaging was solid, and customer communication was friendly and professional — something that’s becoming rare nowadays. I’m glad I chose this store, and I’ll definitely return when I need something again.

Great customer service
Ordered a laptop battery from them, it does take a couple weeks to arrive but other than that their customer service is great! I was having some trouble with the new battery dropping charge, they provided be troubleshooting options first and spoke to their tech team, when all else failed they offered me a refund or new battery. The refund was fast, it was great service even when things went slightly wrong!

Very pleased with the replacement battery
Quick delivery in a well protected package. The battery is holding it's charge better than the original and although it's early days I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy again if it was needed. I followed a couple of YouTube videos on battery replacement, which helped.
