Great products!

I saw gear made by this company on Huckberry, and I decided to buy a few items directly from their website. I ordered the pliers multi-tool which is excellent--a better design than one I have from Gerber and significantly cheaper than one from Leatherman. I was born without fingernails, so being able to pull open tools that use a fingernail knick can be impossible, but I can get a pretty decent purchase on a blade using the tip of my finger--this is a huge bonus for a tool like this. I also ordered two of the largest AirTag keychains they make for two different sets of keys so I always have a little tool on my person. These are great quality and a nice concept, but they are much larger in person and bulky with sharp edges. The bigger issue is the design of the AirTag holder. Two white plastic discs twist together to hold the AirTag in place. The only way to tighten these is by pressing your palms together on each side and using the pressure from your hands and friction from your skin. The result is very thick and awkward to hold. Worse: they loosen over time, and I've almost lost my AirTags a few times when they just came apart in my hands. I had them on my keychains for a couple of weeks, but then I took them off and now I have a different solution. I'm not going to return them or anything, but something to think about.

Product is junk. Can’t even remove the bits without using another tool.not to mention they are so small I’ll never be able to use them on anything. The product is also heavy for what it is. I sent 2 emails on it and never heard back anything from them. Save your money. You’ll be out of business soon with that kind of service and product.

First off, I’m disappointed with your communication on TikTok I’ve sent multiple messages trying to get approval on adding your product to my showcase, I’ve purchased, made a video, I’m trying to make commission. Is this how you treat your customers. I love the Pen, wish the Customer service was better.

Had an issue with the 5 in 1, and it was handled professionally and to my satisfaction.

The product was of good quality, but I couldn't use it. So I followed the instructions for a return/refund. No return label was sent to me, so I paid the postage and completed the return according to the the return instructions, and ATECH received the package and refunded me surprisingly quickly.

Item had adequate packaging, but the package was still damaged during transit. Customer support answered email within hours, and a replacement is on its way less than 24 hours later.

Placing the order was effortless. I was always updated on the status of the order, provided a deliver by date, and a tracking number.

tried to call customer service to get my order number so i can track my order. when i called the number listed it said "call can not be completed as the party declines the request." How can I talk with a human and get results?? This has been going on for days now.

The shipping experience is super average. I have no idea where my order is or if it’s even shipped.

I love the pen that I received as a gift from a friend. I not so sure that the pen refills that are provided are the correct fit. It seems the writing point does not protrude as far as the original did.

Product: seems nice and handy but closer to a $20-$25 all in purchase price.
