Removed my watermark from their website

Reply of the reply: Well, I agree that there were no agreements made, but you have literally named someone else there instead of the person who has actually made the website. This reveals how you guys lie and can't be trusted upon. This reveals your ill intentions and behaviour. If you remove that watermark it's definately fine, but you have chosen to show your bad intentions to the people. Hoping to see a reply for this.

This review is about their work culture and experience and not about their services. I was their website developer and I made their website. However, they removed my name from their website and added someone else's name who had no contribution in making of that website. They are scammers, they have even scammed my friends and when I try to contact them through discord, they abuses me.

I bought from you and did not buy from another company, and I sent you pictures in gmail, which contains a PayPal invoice, and there is your website, and you say that I did not buy from you. If it were possible, in trustpilot, I would have posted the picture in trustpilot

Very good server and admin

A few months ago I already rented a server from ateex for a Minecraft server which worked wonderfully and I have just purchased yet another server for rust which is really cheap compared to the price offered in my country (France) . I thank Ateex cloud for these incredible servers

Review Ateex.cloud VPS + Bad Service

so for people who need VPS, im really not Recomended service from Ateex.Cloud

because I am not allowed to provide clear evidence in the form of image links and my summary text. and ateex.cloud is always looking for ways to take down this review. So I can only remind friends to be careful with ateex.cloud, and I really don't recommend buying there.

I never asked for a change of server location, but ateex.cloud always says that, even when I have provided all the proof of conversation xD.

Paypal and Trustpilot Team has check the evidence I provided. and I have received a refund from PayPal.

Here is a chronological overview of the events:

December 2: Purchase and Payment
I bought VPS services with the following specifications:

Price: $10
6 vCPU Cores [AMD EPYC 7282]
16 GB DDR4 RAM
120 GB NVMe Disk
1 IP Address
32TB Bandwidth (1 Gbps)
Location: Singapore
Despite making the payment, this day not received the services I purchased.

December 3: Initial Suspicions
At 11:32 PM, suspicions arose when I discovered that the VPS specifications did not match the promised ones. Additionally, there were indications of unauthorized installation of another application (pterodactyl).

December 4: First Contact with the Seller
At 2:13 AM, I contacted the seller to verify the discrepancies in specifications and the installation of additional applications. Unfortunately, there was no response from the seller.

At 8:41 PM, after waiting without results, I opened a new ticket. After a few minutes, I received a response, and the seller suggested a hard reset of the VPS, to which I agreed.

December 5: No Progress
I waited without receiving any information or further developments regarding the VPS.

December 6: Unsuccessful Attempt to Contact the Owner
Team members from Ateex.cloud attempted to contact the owner through tags, but there was no response.

December 7: Ticket Closure Without Notice
My ticket was abruptly closed without notice. I sought help through a public forum and received a response from the seller. He requested a new ticket, where I submitted a refund request. The seller rejected it with varying reasons, including the claim that I did not request a refund earlier.

The seller promised to replace the VPS and guaranteed delivery today. However, as of now, I have not received the promised services. I have opened a total of 4 tickets without obtaining a satisfactory solution.

December 8: No Delivery of New VPS until NOW

Unfortunately, you declined to proceed with the payment. When you requested a refund, we advised you to create a ticket in the billing panel. Regrettably, you did not create the ticket but instead left a review here without providing any clear reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Should you decide to create a ticket in the billing section, we promptly refunded your money. We are uncertain about the situation at hand. Your request for a refund alongside retaining the VPS seems contradictory.
