The order was supposedly shipped. I never got it. They use a carrier that leaves an expensive order at your door without double-checking if you got it. Beware.
Update: After I emailed the store again about my situation, they refunded me completely per my request; I am happy to change my star rating. The service was good. However, I can't evaluate their products since I never tested it.

I have never used this company before but I can thoroughly recommend them. I purchased a watch winder chest for my son's 50th birthday although it isn't until November! It arrived yesterday and it is beautiful. It was packaged extremely well and the quality of the item is wonderful. I can't wait to give it to my son on his birthday and see his reaction!

The item shipped to me was incomplete and faulty. Rendering it useless.

The watch box itself is not bad quality, which is why this is 2 stars and not 1.

They refunded me, so rating adjusted.

I expected my order to be shipped from France. Unfortunately I've been told, that my product was not available at their warehouse and that it would instead be shipped directly from China, without reaching their warehouse first, which I appreciated. It still took quite a bit of time to arrive.

I was a bit let down at first when I learned, that it was made in China. I expected it to be of poor quality, but I have to admit I am actually very happy with the quality. Considering other products with the same quality made in the EU are probably much more expansive.

items come straight from china, search the images on AliExpress before you order and you’ll find them cheaper. I now realise the delay my order is because it’s Chinese new year and they dropship. Feel robbed of £50 as my item I ordered is £10 on AliExpress
