Terrible customer service
I bought some sandals that unfortunately weren't the right size for me, so I tried to return them.
I submitted my return request on 19 August 2026, but it has remained “under review” ever since. I've contacted Atelier North several times through their website, but I've received absolutely no response or return instructions. The email address I tried also appears to be invalid.
I've now spent weeks trying to resolve this. The sandals are still packaged and ready to return, but I haven't been provided with the QR code or return label needed to send them back.
It's incredibly frustrating to spend around £80 on a product and then be completely ignored when trying to return it. The sandals themselves are lovely, but the lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing.
I would be very hesitant to order from them again and would not recommend
