I think it is amazing that I am able to have my own server for absolutely no cost and minimum compromise. The server performance has massively improved since the overload of the pandemic, and it feels great to see that aternos has been consistently adding more features to the panel. Really pleased and hope it keeps getting better!!!

Best free Minecraft Server. It doesn't lag and its good for playing with Friends, they gives you 2500 mb of ram, enough for a small server

Decent server hoster
its pretty good for a free server, the only thing I dont like is how long it takes for the server to start but other then that its still good

It works alright but when you try to configure the sever it locks you onto the tutorial and doesn't let you leave.

Aternos is kinda good but not the best, i had a minecraft smp for 5 months on aternos and it didnt lag or something.

I HATE THIS. ITS SO LAGGY

The server constantly times out on start, making it unusable, and closes at random for no good reason. I would advise folks not to waste their time with this, much less the paid version. In my experience, If the free version is awful, usually the paid one has all the same issues. would give negative stars if possible.

I like that you can modify the configs if you're playing with mods, have rarely had to wait in queue (and even then it only took like 30 seconds before I could start) though that could have to do with the time of day, and you have a lot of customization options. Performance is ok, haven't had anything that lagged while playing a modpack with 20+ mods. Overall I highly recommend this if you'd rather not spend money on a hosting service.

What the hell , I used a forge mod from 1.7 and it takes forever to load, change it or we ain't using this

lag and i complained about a corrupted server and they didn't help me the server is still corrupted and i dont know how to fix it

i have a server with my friend. in the start of my server it was sometimes laggy but now its the best!!!

Aternos sucks, me and my friend cannot play the game without lagging. When walking 20 blocks it lags us back 15 blocks. Can't even use a bow because they get lagged out.

My items despawned in like 1 minute!!!!!!!!!!!!
