Great experience at ATET. Early new car , v clean. Good value.

Only down point was I order the top insurance on line but this didn’t cover everything so an addition £50 was required to cover the vehicle fully.

We rented a car from ATET for 8 days in july 2024. Everything went beyond good. The car seemed almost new and was in a very good condition. Only had a few scrathes which the employee at ATET made us aware of and wrote down, so that it wasn't anything we had to pay for in the end. He was also very helpful to help us choose which insurance was the right one for us. We rented the car in Ljubljana and delivered it back in Koper without any trouble. I will recommend ATET to other people visiting Slovenia.

Very good communication when the airline changed the flight times and when the flight was delayed both of which affected the pick up time in Koper. Car was practically new and clean (apart from the rain in the morning). Representative in the office was very helpful. We returned the car before office opening hours and left the keys as agreed. The only slight issue was that there wasn't enough space to park the vehicle properly. The deposit left to cover eventual issues like returning with a full tank, etc. was refunded within the day. A very positive experience all along. Thank you ATET.

I booked a car from the Central Train Station from 10:00 in the morning until 22:00 at night. I was waiting at the train station, but nobody appeared. I called the office, and they admitted they had forgotten to send someone to pick me up. They arranged and paid for a taxi to take me to their office. I finally got the car around 10:30.

After leaving, I realized they hadn't included the baby car seat I had paid for, so I had to go back and request it. They claimed they didn't have the car seat in the reservation, despite me showing them the confirmation. They eventually provided the car seat but mentioned they would charge me for it. After I refused the charge, they called their boss, who instructed them to give me the car seat and charge me later pending their investigation.

The car itself was fine: new, hybrid, and very economical. However, when I returned the car, nobody was there to pick it up and take me back to the train station, so I had to pay for a taxi to get back.

It was not the actual car that was booked but an equally good one. Service was quick and friendly.

Everything was fine, good car, good price, I recommend. We picked up the car at the airport, returned it in Ljubljana.

Car ready on time, had an upgrade as car we had booked wasn’t available. Didn’t need extras as have own excess insurance and they didn’t try to sell it to us. Return quick and easy, they did check mileage and fuel tank etc. Car itself was great, fairly new. Good to have cost of vignette included. Only wish I had found a discount code!

Very positive experience renting a car from Atet. We were seen immediately at Ljubljana airport and everything went smoothly. Our car was in very good condition and a pleasure to drive. No one was available when we dropped off the car but just posted the keys back through the office letterbox. Would definitely recommend this local company over the bigger, world wide car hire companies

Highly recommended. I had an amazing experience with ATET. Rented a Volkswagen Tiguan from 19 to 24 May, pickup in the city and return at the airport. Online booking was fuss-free (and I got a 10% discount with a discount code I got online) - they also responded to my emails very promptly on my queries and my subsequent request to change the pickup timing. Their staff at the pickup office was very friendly and professional in telling me about the car and things to take note of. The car itself was in very good condition. Drop-off was straightforward too. No hidden fee and reasonably priced (much cheaper than the international brands).
