Great company and great service. From the moment I contacted ATG, the customer service has been exceptional. The phone was answered promtly and my emails the same. Marcus was helpful in advising on what table would be suitable for our requirements. We knew the chairs we wanted to purchase, as we had seen them somewhere else, but ATG are extremely competitive on pricing. There was a short delivery time and we were kept informed of the progress by Dan who was very polite and again promtly responded to phones and emails. The furniture was very securely packaged and is of very good quality. Thank you Marcus and Dan and we will surely purchase from you again.

The company advertises as a stockist, how is this possible without a showroom?

Really pleased with our Harris tweed sofa and chair; the price was the best around and we were kept informed throughout and given several payment options to make it more convenient for us.

The problem we had was a tweed beanbag we ordered at the same time. It didn’t arrive with the rest of our order and I had to phone up to get it rearranged. No problem, it arrives a few days later. Except it’s the wrong colour.

Their website does say something about it being available in different colours, but I did state on the phone originally that we wanted it as the photo matched our sofa and chair.

Since then I’ve had to chase up for a swap, the last I heard a month ago they were getting some in the next week and would contact me about it. Not had a thing back.

The beanbag has been sat in its original wrapping for 2 and a half months since delivery, I’ve now taken it out and started using it, since it wasn’t cheap to start with and I’d like to start using it.

Disappointed with the constant nagging I’ve had to do and achieved nothing at the end of it. Oh well. We love our sofa and chair but won’t be placing another order, sadly.

The company is unethical and acting against trading standards

We ordered in December. Every month they said 4 more weeks. We then find out they have upped the price so wanted us to ask for a refund!

This company is disgusting and the owner doesn’t care about anyone but his pockets. He even phoned me once to say he couldn’t help because he was going to the pub

After spending months looking for the perfect set of dinning chairs I found them on the ATG furniture website. Was very nervous buying something we couldn’t see or try and they were a lot more than we wanted to spend, but after receiving them, there were everything we were looking for and more. The quality of the leather and workmanship was of a very high standard and the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease during the ordering process. Well recommend.
