An order from September 2025 could not be delivered due to customs issues and was tracked back to Australia, where it arrived at the end of March 2026. While the initial refund process experienced significant communication delays over the following months, the matter was quickly picked up and settled once alternative contact channels were used. The customer service resolved the issue completely in the end.
