I was extremely sceptical of coming into this as it's a large chunk of money. The whole process is so easy that it feels too good to be true like a scam. I had my accountant, an investment banker and a solicitor review the paperwork before I signed the contract and parted with any money. The transfer went over and Atherton's solicitors changed companies house. It hasn't been that long so I'm not fully aware of any repercussions down the line with regards to outstanding bills etc but i'll cross that bridge when and if I get there. Atherton Corporate did everything they said they would and made the process super easy. I even waited to do this review until companies house was updated, just checked and I am no longer the owner of my previous company that had £20k worth of debt attached to it.

They are very helpful in sorting my issues with debt.

I can say it was a great experience now, because I have learnt a lot in the last few months. The process that John and Atherton's provide is really simple and easy to follow. A word of advice, before you start. Make sure you have everything in order, know your exit strategy, outcome and timeline. (I wasn't fully prepared). this resulting in it it taking longer than it should have. Learn from my mistake. However, the end result is you will hopefully regain your sanity and sleep. Like most people in this situation, the aftermath from Covid ruined my business and I sunk into a hole that I could not get out of.
