Ordered a massage gun as a Xmas gift. It doesn't work and after numerous attempts to contact athlefix to resolve the issue I have still had no response. I wish I had read the reviews sooner as it seems to be a common issue with this company. Daylight robbery

I purchased a massage gun for my son which did not work from day one.Emailed Athlefix numerous times and never received a reply.Do not buy from this company it’s a scam!!!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Pro Massage Gun €89.99 as a Christmas gift and it is faulty. Despite many attempts to contact the company about returning this device for a replacement, I have not had the courtesy of a reply. They say they're available 24/7 for help but this is certainly not the case as all my emails have gone unanswered. I only wanted my rights as a customer who received a faulty product. I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I wasted my money on a scam and had a disappointed husband on Christmas morning cos his gift didn't work. This company cannot be trusted and they have no customer service whatsoever.

We recieved a faulty item qnd have not been able to contact Athlefix to get a replacement. Absolute scam.

1 star is too much for this company. Check out the lid online in pictures...looks like a pvc, sturdy rigid almost like a hot tub cover yet the one you get is literally like a backpack rain cover🤣. The pump broke on first use and i hardly did anything such poor quality. I emailed the company 2 or 3 times with know reply privately and on website. Now I have disputed with my bank they are now wanting to challenge me because my bank are fighting to claim the money back 🤣. Weren't that fussed about replying to my emails and you are talking a good few months back now. People and companies like this shouldn't be able to operate and if it carries on my end I will happily escalate to trading standards for selling a product that isn't as advertised.avoid avoid avoid

I agree with most customers - the product they sent was defective and I wanted to return it but they never respond and there are no telephone numbers to call them. Their return policy said that the customer will need to contact them to be provided with a return address, but they never respond. I chased them so many times!

DONT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO RETURN GOODS ..THEY DONT REPLY TO YOU ..I have emailed the Company several times with no luck , so stuck with a gun kit that is not suitable for my needs . If they had been a reputable company they would have replied , which leads me to believe they are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY ! They took my money quick enough !

I would put zero stars, it is a fraudulent company, my massage gun came and instantly was faulty, I have emailed and emailed and sent a letter to no reply, I have been trying to contact them since 23rd September, I have contacted my bank for a refund, this company needs reporting, also massage gun is sold on shopukdeals.co.uk, DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller.

Worst company ever. Paid for a brand new massage gun, never worked, sent messages and emails and have got nothing back. Please don’t use this company. Someone should be closing them down. It’s robbing people

Received a massage gun last week. It does not work and I have tried on several occasions to contact the company but not heard back from anyone.
Very frustrating

I ordered an Ice Bath from Athletfix. It was sent and arrived promptly, however during set up the pump broke immediately, and I had to find other means of blowing it up. I managed and filled up the bath, using it once. The next day I want to use it again and noticed that water had been leaking from it over night, causing the water level to drop. I checked the bottom bung and drainage tap, both we sealed fully, so I can only assume there is a leak somewhere. I also decided that the bath was too big and wanted a smaller one. I tried to contact Athletfix to request a return and heard nothing, I contacted them again and nothing. In fact I have tried to contact them multiple times and heard nothing. I can only assume that once they have your money, they aren't interested in upholding customers consumer rights. If you order from them, beware. Hopefully you don't have to make a return, because you won't be able to.

Was doing cold water dipping in the sea with my daughter however I wasn't keen on the BIG WAVES lol.
Invested in the 420lt bath and am now completely addicted.. the benefits are endless.. the customer service is second to none answering all my questions promptly... My only regret is not getting one sooner!! (Mine you they are at an unbeatable price) Study well made bath... Addicted...

Bought an ice bath. On the day of set up noticed it was deflating so sent in videos and pictures.
Was told the technical team need 1-2 days to review this? Laughable.
Now being ignored. Won’t respond to my emails for return and refund.

I bought an ice bath and it was leaking, but I took a video of the leak and requested a replacement and Joe answered straight away, apologised and replacement bath received 6 days later, very good customer service and ice bath is great, could not fault this company! Thank you Joe!

Have to give full stars as can't fault their customer service, I had few issues but they were straight on it and sorted very quick, can't beat great customer service

I purchased the ice bath and I couldn’t be any happier with it or the excellent customer service I’ve received from Athlefix. I knew nothing about ice baths so researched a number of different options but Athlefix ice bath was such a great price compared to others and is a great quality product. I had to contact the customer services team with a very minor issue and the response I got was excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking at getting an ice bath to buy from Athlefix.

Absolute joke! As a business i would be embarrassed! The lack of support is a huge downfall. I bought the ice bath 3 months ago, delivery was 2 weeks after i ordered yet didn't even arrive to my house?! Had to email to say it never arrived, then got another one sent 3 weeks later, for it to POP and LEAK! If you're thinking of buying one of these i'd suggest going with a cheap Amazon one that's more durable! This is just an item that has been made with every issue possible. I've been emailing for the last 3 weeks waiting on another being sent out but they have never sent and now aren't answering my emails (clearly not a well run business) Funnily enough there is no contact number?!

The absolute lack of communication and support is defeating. I would not recommend buying anything of here and i hope this review changes a lot of minds! ;(
