I ordered on this company last year when it was called ATHLETESHOP and never received my order (250€), then I got an e-mail saying they went in bankruptcy. I never got my money back or my order. They closed the website for a few months and now they reopened it under an other name.

J'ai commandé une cage de but fin mars (cadeau pour un petit garçon) en stock livrable sous 10 jours .
Livraison annoncée pour le 10 avril, puis le 19 avril.
Puis Athleshop me propose de changer de référence ou d'attendre 5 semaines. Je décide d'attendre car rien de super dans les alternatives possibles.
Depuis plus rien, malgré mes mails de relance aux différents interlocuteurs : Leonie, Patricia, Elisa.

Bref passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaqué
I ordered a goal cage in late March (gift for a little boy) in stock available within 10 days.
Delivery announced for April 10 and April 19.
Then Athleshop offers me to change the reference or wait 5 weeks. I decide to wait because nothing great in the possible alternatives.
Since then nothing, despite my e-mails to the various interlocutors: Leonie, Patricia, Elisa.
In short go your way if you do not want to get scammed

Le 26 avril je reçois un mail me disant que je peux payer plus cher pour un produit moins cher...
Le 26 avril je vous répondais que je voulais annuler ma commande et être remboursé comme le propose votre publicité sur votre site avec son slogan de «  14 jours pour changer d’avis »
Le 27 avril vous me répondiez qu’il y a eu une petite erreur de fournisseur et que ma commande sera expédié le 17 mai…
Le 3 mai nouveau mail me disant que ma commande arrivera le 11 mai…
Le 7 mai nouveau mail me disant que ma commande arrivera le 14 mai…
Le 18 mai j’ai réussis à faire annuler ma commade et je devais être remboursé sous 10 jours...
Le 17 juin relance, je devais être remboursé dans la semaine...
Vous vous en douté toujours rien le 2 juillet...

April 26th I replied that I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded as proposed your advertising on your site with its slogan of "14 days to change your mind"
On April 27th you told me that there was a small supplier error and that my order will be shipped on May 17th ...
May 3 new mail telling me that my order will arrive on May 11 ...
May 7th new mail telling me that my order will arrive on May 14th ...
May 18 I managed to cancel my order and I had to be refunded in 10 days ...
June 17th raise, I had to be refunded in the week ...
You still know nothing on July 2nd ...

DO NOT buy from this company- their uk base is just a cover. You can’t speak to anyone. I ordered an item, they took the money and kept it for nearly a month while fobbing me off with various delivery dates, that were never met. They even had the cheek when I cancelled to say my refund would take another 2 weeks! Once I complained to Paypal they paid up. Terrible company. Ordered the same thing at same price from Hollandbikeshop - arrived in 4 days. Wish I’d seen that one first!!

Still waiting on my order after 3 delays. Without any information into the next 24h, I will cancel it.

Wish I had read the previous reviews: I am so disapointed. Here's a recap of my experience with athleteshop.fr :
- I ordered on April 2, 2018 and received the same day an email confirming the order and saying the delivery is expected on April 9.
- Email recieved on April 4th stating the delivery is delayed to April 17th.
- Email recieved on April 13th stating the delivery is delayed to April 20th.
- I reply saying they are not respecting the sales contract we signed and that I will ask for a refund should they fail to provide what I have ordered on April 20th.
- They reply and lie, saying the ordered is expected to be dispatched on April 18th and that it will arrive 3-4 buisiness days after.
- I send an email on April 22nd to get information on my delivery.
- They reply and apologise again saying the delivery will be dispatched on April 27th.
- I reply saying the sales contract wasn't repected and that I ask for a full refund.
- They reply with a dramatic "Dear Evan" and thanking me for my message. They add : "I have cancelled your order. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days."

What's very striking for a scam website, is I found them to have a very good costumer service since they've always gotten back to me in a few days maximum. I am now waiting to see if and when I will get my refund and how much of the 80,30€ payed will be remboursed. Please leave your experience shopping with athleteshop.fr so everyone can be aware of these issues.

My order was passed on march 7th and the delivery was supposed to be 2 days after. Then I received a mail postponing the receipt date to march 14. And since this date they just keep on postponing the received date. First to march 23, then to march 30, then to april 13, then to April 20. This is absolutely unaccepatble and totally dishonest as the money has been debited within 2 days on my account. By watching at the customer advices on the web site I can observed that plenty of customers have been caught the same way and it is not just a bad experience on my side but this is obviously a method that this company has put in place which is absolutely dishonest.

I purchased an Abus Hyban bike helmet and when i unpacked it this morning there was no rear led light with it.
Grrr...
I await the customer service feedback and will update my opinion accordingly. I expect to receive the light and no have to send the helmet back...

I ordered a home traine from France 14 October 2016, and after having paid for, it was delayed for delivery 3 or 14 times. I then changed references, and now going through the same issues - and they are no longer answering phone calls. I have requested a refund via paypal and shall be filing a legal claim if not answered and refunded soon.

J'ai commandé et payé un home -rainer le 14 Octobre 2016 - apres 3 ou 4 messages de retard, j'ai change de reference, et là c'est pareil. Je demande le remboursement via paypal et formaliserai une plainte si je ne suis pas remboursé dans les meilleurs délais. Ils ne repondent plus au telephone.

I bought two items (Ikzi lights). The firts light was send very quickly and the second one wasn't available. I get my money back quickly too.
