My old laptop was becoming slower and slower and not always booting up at all. At Home IT replaced the hard drive within a 24 hour period and without the loss of any data, photos etc. My high performance Dell XPS is now performing faster than it did when it was new.

Am delighted to leave a 5 star review. Daughter had a problem with her laptop whilst at university. Apple stores were useless but she was luckily due to come home for a long weekend and @homeIT solved the problem over the weekend. They have also serviced my PC and made recommendations.
