The bag was advertised as being in excellent condition, but that was not my experience. Upon arrival, the zipper showed significant wear and discoloration that was not disclosed in the listing. There were also multiple stains and signs of wear throughout the bag that were either omitted or not accurately represented in the photos.

I understand that this is a pre-owned item, but describing it as “excellent condition” is misleading. Accurate descriptions are essential when customers are purchasing luxury items online. I was very disappointed because the condition of the bag did not match the listing.

BEWARE ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I placed an order for a bracelet. Over 24 hours later I get an automated email saying my order was canceled. I reached out to ask why, and was told that the price was incorrect and I would have to pay another $3000 to receive the bracelet I had purchased. So unethical. I then noticed the bracelet had been relisted (after showing as sold once I purchased it) at the exact same price that I paid. Requiring only one person to pay an extra 3k just to get the bracelet they already bought is surely not legal.

Any ethical business would honor the price they had set, since the sale had occurred per their posted terms of sale, forming a binding contract.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this business at all costs.

I went in to sell my bag and just had the absolute best time! They were doing a store remodel so I couldn't see what bags they had, but selling my bag was great! Great price, Mrs. Africa was super nice, and idk I just liked the vibe of everyone.
