The team went above and beyond to resolve my unique issues. Plus its an amazing organization!!!
Something has happened to the Atlanta Track Club. I am having difficulty registering for the 2025 race. The field that accepts address discards it after I type it in. I called the Track Club 2 times over a couple of days, left messages, got no response. After the 3rd call, leaving another message, I got a response the next day. The person who answered seemed to recognize the issue, had no useful suggestions. I have run about 30 races and never had a problem.
The person who answered brushed off my concern and quickly focused on trying to upsell me to an Atlanta Track Club membership (another $50 or so more) as the solution to not being able to complete my registration. I just got a note from Trust Pilot stating that they need more information or the review will disappear. I attempted to comply but the questionaire said I needed a reference number which I cannot find. I called Trust Pilot, left a voice mail, requested a call back tomorrow (Monday). I will be happy to provide any additional details as requested.
In earlier years, they always answered the phone and knew what they were talking about..
At 87, I think I will quit participating in the race, not because I can't but because it is not worth the irritation involved in registering, as well as the lack of competent customer service.
