OLIVIA has been very helpful particularly in making sure that my needs relating to my disability are met such as having rails, cupboards etc fitted professionally. Everyone has been welcoming. Having dyslexia and struggling with technology I have found the process difficult but I understand this is the way of the world. I am unfortunately registered disabled. As a recipient benefits they have been accepting which has not been my experience with all of the agencies. This has been gratefully appreciated and I look forward to making this flat my new warm home. Best wishes Jen😊
