This firm is holding up the sale of a property as we need to get a legal document signed by them. They charge extortionate fees and do not respond to emails. I have complained to the developer as I doubt they will be bothered with ordinary home owners but make take more notice if developers take their business elsewhere!
Simply unable to get a reply from them to genuine questions about their management of covenants on our housing estate.
A shambolic company that won’t reply to emails, calls or even the TPO! Extortionate fees, with no care, concern, and a CEO that lives in Thailand that doesn’t give a s**t. Don’t use this company, you will be permanently stressed in your own home. Despicable.
The most disgusting company ever. They won't do anything for the properties they manage, they don't care about the people inside and they even don't care when people break into the flats and take heroin and break into cars.
I almost forgot to mention they'll charge you money like it's going out of fashion and it's guaranteed that your money will go straight in the CEO's pocket (who lives in the Bahamas and couldn't care less about the properties his company manage).
For your own sake and sanity, DO NOT live anywhere that is managed by these thieves, I promise you will regret it.

Charge you huge rates for nothing, don't respond to emails, don't fix things. Staff changes every few months, nobody can't stand working there. People that due, don't have a clue, and are not willing to help! For your mental health avoid!!!
