Atlas Suite is a hotel property management system built for independent hotels in Central Asia. We serve resorts, park-hotels, and boutique properties between 20 and 200 units — the kind of hotels that global software vendors treat as an afterthought. Most international PMS platforms are built for chains in Western Europe and North America. When a hotel in Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan buys one, it gets a system that doesn't speak the local language of compliance or payments. Guest registration still gets done by hand. Fiscal receipts need a second system. Local payment methods aren't supported at all. The hotel ends up paying for software and then working around it. We built Atlas Suite to close that gap. Foreigner registration through E-Mehmon and eQonaq, fiscal receipt handling, and local payment rails including Payme, Click, Uzcard, and Humo are part of the product, not add-ons. Front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and point of sale run in one place. Data is hosted inside Uzbekistan. Guests get their own app with an AI concierge, so routine requests — check-in details, service bookings, questions at 2am — don't land on a receptionist who is already busy. We are an independent team, not a reseller of foreign software. That means we answer support questions ourselves, in Russian and Uzbek, and we ship changes based on what hotel managers actually tell us.
