I asked for acid wash service and was given price of Rs 600, they send technician which could not even open cover of Mitsubishi Heavy duty AC.
They spraid Alkaline / acid from outside on fin and plastic thereby damaging plastic. No proper service but still paid Rs 600. There technician are not trained at all, dont do any ac service from them but would print money by damaging your AC.
I bought a aircon and before I placed the order, I asked when will be the latest that I will receive it as this was important for my schedule. The day that was promised came and went. I am still waiting for my order to arrive. In the meantime I had to cancel and reschedule with my electrician 3 times. I phoned numerous times to keep up with the progress but that was of little help. I can't review the product yet as I still haven't received it.
