i purchased a coat and they refunded without any explanation
tried again different size and again a refund
unacceptable

Do not use this website..I have had the worst shopping expérience ever. I bought 2 outfits that did not fit and also turned out to be poor quality. I initiated the return process and my emails and chats were ignored for days on end. I eventually had to tell them i would be approaching a counterpart at their countries embassy and I then got an immediate response. I had to find my own shipping money to return the goods, and they received them 3 days ago. Up to now I have not received my refund.

If you are in England, France, USA, Canada, do not buy from this company, honestly it is not worth the risk. I am going to get my refund in full...only because i have enlisted extra help, without that i would have no hope.

Update
I finally got my refund.. I submitted an issue on paypal and it came through that way. Pay with Paypal it will make you receiving your refunds from criminals like this easier. Thank God for Paypal!!

Ordered a dress for my sister’s wedding, it is awesome! Much better than on the picture! Please, add reviews on the site, it would be very useful for customers

I paid an exorbitant amount for express shipping because I needed the dress for a photograph and it was almost a MONTH late and I wasn't contacted but once and nothing was refunded or discounted in any way.

It’s been 3 weeks and have not yet received package. Was told I may receive it by October. Then was told I should have paid for express shipping.

I am yet to receive my product .It is over a month now . So i am wondering what I am supposed to be reviewing

Wonderful customer service. Very responsive to my questions. The dress I ordered was beautiful, and much to my disappointment it was too small. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Please do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered 3 dresses totaling about $600.00. The dresses were hard to find everywhere else but they said the dresses were available. After almost 3 weeks I received one dress which I never ordered and it was completely the wrong size. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Something very shady is going on

Hello, although my order took longer than anticipated they kept me well informed of the delay, several time they apologised for the delay.

Do Not Order!! I ordered a dress a month ago and have not received it. Costumer service apologizes for the delay but does nothing to resolve the issue.

I ordered a jumpsuit that was sold out on other websites for my friend wedding, i chose a larger size ti be sure it would fit only to receive a size S!!! Since when is a 16 a size small..i was pleased with the accommodation to make sure i receive before the wedding just to not be able to even wear it!!! Very disappointed
