Jacob appeared to be honest and willing to answer my questions. I'm always reluctant to give out personal information, especially my account number. I hope my gut reaction that it was ok to give this information to him was on point.

My initial call was a call back response to a voicemail call message Atlas left for me. After speaking to the initial person who answered, I was transferred to the agent who was very polite and had excellent conversational skills throughout the call. My questions were answered. I made my decision. The agent walked me through the next steps in the process.

The representative explained everything clearly. The rep made sure I was comfortable with signing documents by allowing me to read them first. The complete was able to get me a fair payment to repay my student loan debt as well as finally get on the correct path to loan forgiveness which I have been quarantined for many years.
