Sent a summer lightweight jacket back for an exchange. It was a medium so asked for a small replacement. Also this process toook well over a month! No interim updates. When the replacement jacket finally arrived it was an extra large padded winter jacket! To be honest I don't think I or my dad will use Atlas agan!

Ive only had 1 purchase from Atlas and that was for a set of 4Polo Shirts cost £74 they were a nightmare to iron and after a few washings and trying to iron. The Shirt and Collar , I gave up , and they disposed of , I am 90 and unused to taking photos , my family live all over England and can't visit very often, My husband is dilextic and can't use the Computer. This is the only purchase I have ever had any problems with , all other purchases have been excellent

Very pleased with my order. The blue shortie pj set is very pretty and true to size. Ordered a 12/14 and they're perfect. Quality is exceptional and they were delivered very quickly. All in all a very happy customer 😀

As the company have had my order and payment for over TWO months I have yet to see a single item.
I would love to know how some people get there items as quick as they say.
For me it does seem as if I will be lucky if I get them before Christmas.
As I have yet to get your letter asking for more money that is why you did not5 get a reply from me.

Trousers are very nice, would have given a higher rating if they had been offered in other lengths. Had to take up by 5.1/2 inches for my Husband

Long delay in receiving items (almost v2 weeks) In addition carrier Evry threw package over side gate where it could be seen from road dispite having been given safe area (front porch). Pracel was outside for just over a week as we were on holiday over that period. Fortunately it was not raining and still there when we arrived. Goods were wanted for holiday

Decent clothing at low prices. Not top quality but good enough.

The item's were excellent, just as advertised and good value for money.

All went great apart from small delay in shipping. Once shipped arrived in a couple of days. Products were up to the usual high standard and value for money.

I have made many purchases from Atlas and in most cases everything was fine. Although they are very slow in despatching orders or issuing refunds. With my latest order the goods were described as non iron, but when received they were very badly creased and when washed certainly did need ironing. I think that product descriptions should be double checked before publishing.

Had to send part of my order back for a replacement. Took ages for it to be delivered, but still happy with purchase.

Clothes purchased really happy with true to size with room to spare...prices very good, do think delivery is quite long though didsay 3 to 5 days but we waited 8...

Unusually for you there was a big gap between my ordering and any response from yourselves. I ended up having to ring to find out what was happening with my order.
