This company is a straight-up scam

This company is a straight-up scam. They hide behind shady, one-sided rules and conveniently change or reinterpret them the moment you become eligible for a payout. Buyer beware—do your due diligence before wasting your time, money, and energy trading accounts you’ll never get paid on.

I was denied payouts on three separate accounts for an alleged “one-sided rule breach.” On one account, the excuse was a supposed $25 discrepancy. I cross-referenced every single transaction and proved they were wrong. I even have screenshots of their own support agent contradicting the denial reason, yet they still refused to pay.

This is a classic bait-and-switch operation designed to disqualify traders instead of paying them.

Worst prop firm ever. They cancelled my funded account for no reason. Trying to communicate with these bots is impossible. If you need any help or assistance you are dealing with a bot from India that has no idea what day it is.

I beg you to stay clear and go elsewhere.

Bad trading devil

I've been involved with quite a few large and small investment funds, but this is the worst one I've ever known. I had a consistent 20% profit of $2,337.74, and then they gave me the reason: "Dear Trader,
After reviewing your account's compliance, the following deductions have been applied in accordance with our trading rules. Please note that this is not an account breach.
📉 Deduction Summary
Short-term trade: $1,191.09
Excess margin usage: $456.00
News trade: $97.00
After deducting these fees, your remaining balance is $126.10." This is unacceptable.

Atlas Denied my Payout

Atlas, Literally denied my payout and removed all profits I had made from my account over a news event that did not even show up on my trading calendar that tracks news. They were 2 very obscure announcements and it was an abvious way to get out of paying out. Then when I went on thier Discord server to gain some clarity by politely asking where to find this information in the future. They immediately removed my comment and blocked me from their server. It happened so fast that I couldn't figure out how they blocked me immediately. Obviously, they did not want anyone reading about a denied payment situation. They only want their Discord to be full of people getting paid and making progress. I will not be trading with them ever again; it was an expensive lesson.

I honestly regret ever buying from…

I honestly regret ever buying from Atlas Funded.

I paid for a 2-phase Access Challenge and AFTER I paid, they switched it to a 1-phase and then had the audacity to start asking me to pay MORE money.

So let me get this straight: I buy a product, then they change the product after payment, and instead of honoring what I paid for, they try to squeeze more money out of me? That’s not business — that’s scammy behavior.

This is the type of thing that destroys trust completely. It feels like they lure you in with one offer, then once you’ve paid, they change the rules and hit you with extra charges. I’ve never experienced something this unfair.

If you’re thinking about buying from Atlas Funded: DON’T.
You might pay today and tomorrow they’ll change everything and demand more money from you.

Absolutely disappointed. Avoid at all costs.

Hello traders Read carefully this…

Hello traders Read carefully this propfirm is not for traders 1st read other 1 star review they all are genuine review. I am telling here my experience how they work?
1. They provide you best service when you purchase accounts and when you in challange phases. But main game start when you funded. Nobody respond you 2 to 3 days.
2. If you reach payout and request payout. 1st work they do they remove your from Discord group. So you can not ask questions.
3. After remove you from discord they will reject your payout. Think where you will go? You will ask questions on reject payout they will guide you and said send email on support or compliance team. Results: They will never reply you.
4. When you again send message on Website support they will send you messages ( I have escalated your query to senior team they will reply you 24 to 48 hours).
Results: You will never recieve any update from their side.
5. Rejection reason.
(1. Gambling: But never provide you where you do.

Spoiler Alert - - Hidden fees that is only revealed after you pay initial fees

I purchased the 1-Step Access Account which was supposed to give me access to funded account without additional charge (I Paid In Advance). They did not disclaim or inform me of any upcoming fees that i might have to pay. When i was only 1$ away from passing their challenge, their support shared with me an article where it was written that the funded account will cost an addition $168 after passing. I mean what the actual f*** Any good instant funded account costs 60% lesser than this challenge account.

p.s: not even sure if they give a funded account or not. would love to hear other reviewers only if they are from real people and not AF insiders.

Formal Complaint – Unsupported OSRE Breach, Withheld Payout, and Refusal to Provide Calculation Evidence (Account 1750510 / 1520361)

My name is Utsav, and I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Atlas Funded’s handling of my $100,000 funded trading account (Account Numbers: 1750510 / 1520361), which was breached on 05 December 2025 for an alleged One-Sided Risk Exposure (OSRE) violation on XAUUSD.

Despite more than one month of continuous correspondence, Atlas Funded has failed to provide any calculation evidence to support the breach decision and has withheld my payout without transparency.

This complaint is based on incorrect rule application, lack of procedural fairness, and refusal to provide verifiable calculation proof.

Account & Case DetailsName: Utsav
Account Size: $100,000
Account Numbers: 1520361 (pre-migration) / 1750510 (post-migration)
Instrument Involved: XAUUSD
Date of Alleged Breach: 05 December 2025
Daily Loss Limit: $3,000
One-Sided Risk Exposure (OSRE) Limit: $1,500 (50% of daily limit)Atlas Funded’s Position

Atlas Funded initially stated that my account breached due to a “$2,000 loss on XAUUSD.”
After I demonstrated that my net realised P&L for the day was −$1,469.40 (below the $1,500 limit), they changed the justification to an alleged One-Sided Risk Exposure (OSRE) violation.

Atlas Funded claims that my intraday exposure on XAUUSD exceeded the $1,500 OSRE limit, independent of realised profits.

However, they have never provided any numerical evidence to support this claim.Evidence I Provided

Over multiple emails, I submitted:

Full trade history

Screenshots showing entry price, stop loss, lot size, and timestamps

Stop-loss-based risk calculations

Overlapping trade analysis

Based on these calculations:

Largest individual trade risk ≈ $440

Combined overlapping exposure ≈ $834

At no point did SL-based exposure exceed the $1,500 OSRE limit

I clearly demonstrated that my risk remained within permitted limits.nformation Repeatedly Requested (Never Provided)

I formally requested the following data multiple times from Support and Compliance:

The exact trades used in their OSRE calculation

The risk value assigned to each trade

Which positions were considered overlapping

The exact peak exposure amount

The timestamp at which the OSRE threshold was allegedly breached

Confirmation that closed trades were not included in open exposure

Confirmation that no trades were double-counted

To date, Atlas Funded has provided none of this information.

Instead, they repeatedly replied with generic explanations of the OSRE rule, without supplying any case-specific calculations or evidence.

Procedural Issues

Atlas Funded underwent an internal system migration during this period, temporarily converting accounts to demo and requesting screenshots instead of backend ledger data.

Despite this, no transparent recalculation or order-level audit was ever shared with me.

I was repeatedly redirected between Support and Compliance.

I received multiple messages stating my case was “escalated to senior team,” yet no final technical response or calculation breakdown was provided.

After more than one month, I still have no written OSRE exposure figures, timestamps, or trade-level calculations.

A breach decision without providing the underlying data is procedurally unfair and lacks transparency.Nature of My Complaint

I am not disputing Atlas Funded’s risk rules.

I am disputing:

The absence of calculation evidence

The refusal to disclose OSRE exposure figures

The failure to provide timestamps or trade-level breakdowns

The withholding of payout without verifiable justification

Atlas Funded has made a serious financial decision affecting my funded account and payout, yet has refused to provide the basic data required to validate that decision.

Resolution Requested

I formally request:

A complete OSRE calculation breakdown, including:

Trades used

Risk per trade

Overlapping positions

Peak exposure amount

Timestamp of alleged breach

Independent review using SL-based exposure only

Removal of the unsupported breach

Release of my withheld payout

If Atlas Funded cannot provide this evidence, the breach determination cannot be considered valid.

This company sells products you cant…

This company sells products you cant use in the USA. I purchased a 300k account but when I tried to log into the platform it say not available in your country. Only a SCAM artist company would sell a product that can't be used in your country. I would give them a negative rating if possible. If you are smart you should NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. There are other firms that are HONEST.
Greg received credentials for an Atlas Funded evaluation but could not log in due to a country restriction.
Atlas confirmed the access account requires MT5, which is unavailable in Greg's USA location.
Greg requested a refund, but Atlas stated purchases are final; Greg threatened legal action and a chargeback.

Payout denied using a rule redefined at payout stage — traders beware

I traded a $100,000 Two-Step Access funded account with Atlas Funded and followed all displayed rules, including the 3% daily drawdown shown on the dashboard.

After completing the required minimum trading days and submitting a payout request, my payout was denied and the account was breached under a “One-Sided Risk Exposure” rule.

The issue is not the existence of the rule — it’s how Atlas enforces it.

• The FAQ states the rule applies to risk on a single trade or multiple trades exceeding 50% of the daily drawdown.

• Nowhere in the FAQ, contract, or dashboard does it state that realised losses across non-concurrent trades are aggregated across an entire trading day to redefine “risk”.

• This interpretation was only disclosed after a payout request was submitted.

Trading continued normally with no real-time breach, no warning, and no way for a trader to monitor compliance with this rule during live trading. The account was only flagged during payout review.

Atlas has since confirmed in writing that this rule is enforced retrospectively at payout stage rather than being monitored or enforced live.

This effectively reduces the usable daily loss per instrument to 1.5% for single-instrument traders, despite the dashboard and agreement clearly stating a 3% daily drawdown. Traders are expected to comply with criteria that cannot be measured or verified in real time.

Passing a funded account requires weeks or months of discipline, consistency, and emotional control. When you invest that much time and effort, you expect transparent rules and enforcement during trading - not reinterpretation after profits are earned.

I would strongly advise traders to consider firms that have stood the test of time, enforce rules clearly in real time, and have a long, consistent history of paying traders without retroactive interpretation. There is a reason established prop firms have remained reputable for 10+ years.

Rules only enforced after real funding – clear conflict of interest

There is something very concerning about Atlas Traders’ behavior.

I have been trading the exact same way since June 2025, including during the evaluation phases.
I passed all stages without any warnings, penalties, or rule violation notices.

Only after I moved to a funded account with real money and became eligible for payout did Atlas suddenly claim that my trading style violated their rules.

This raises a serious concern:
If my trading was acceptable during the evaluations, why did it only become a “violation” once the company was required to pay?

No objective proof, no trade references, no timestamps have been provided.
The enforcement of rules only when it is financially convenient for the company shows a clear conflict of interest.

Based on my experience, traders should be extremely cautious. What is allowed before funding is suddenly punished after profits are made.

Beware!

Beware! Atlas Funded is run by dishonest thieves. I paid Atlas Funded $520 to open an instant funded account and sent them independent verification of payment. Atlas did not open my instant funded account and refused to refund my money. They stole my $520. They deserve a zero star. This is the first time I have ever had a prop firm steal my money.

Scammers

Scammers. I reached funded phase and these guys are doing everything not to give me the account.

I had an account that disappeared, and it was a $5000 2 step access account with no winning trading days add on. That account was pending activation fee of $77 to join the funded phase. It disappeared. I talked to one of their employees about the account not showing up and me getting the pending activation message. he then told me it would show on the next business day. It never did. I waited weeks. The account never showed up then one day I log back in, and I see a new dashboard plus an account of $5000 I never ever purchased that was in phase 1. When I ask them to give me the account I passed back, guess the response?

"I am sorry, this happened during the migration if I am not mistaken. As it stands now your previous account is no longer in our system thus the new account. Unfortunately, you have to continue with the new account"
"Your dashboard says manual create, it simply means you were given what you asked. You can go on and dispute, we will bring our evidences."
