Wrongful Account Breach After Repeatedly Reporting Dashboard Errors

I am sharing my experience with ATLASFUNDED regarding the wrongful breach of my $50,000 funded account on December 24, 2025, despite trading fully within the rules.

After their system migration, ATLASFUNDED’s dashboard repeatedly failed to update key data such as equity, daily drawdown, and P/L. I reported this issue more than 30 times via Discord, and it was acknowledged by multiple members of their support team, including DAN, INGRID, LIOYS, KHAMAL, PUTU, and DIVAS, who manually updated my account data on several occasions. On the breach day alone, I opened four separate tickets because the dashboard was not updating after my trades.

Based on MT5 data:

Starting balance: $51,447

Final balance after closing all trades: $49,851

Actual drawdown: $1,596

Allowed daily drawdown: $2,500

I was clearly within the limit, with a $904 buffer remaining.

Despite this, ATLASFUNDED later claimed I breached the account due to a −$238 drawdown, which does not match MT5 data and appears to come from faulty dashboard calculations.

Immediately after the breach, my MT5 access was frozen, and I was banned from Discord, removing access to the very support tickets and trade history that document this issue.

In short:

The dashboard problem was reported and acknowledged by support

I traded within all rules using MT5 data

The breach was based on incorrect system information

My access was revoked before the issue could be reviewed fairly

I am requesting account reinstatement, access to my records, and accountability. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ATLASFUNDED.

Lack of transparency after passing – no invoice, no clear explanation

I passed the 2-step access with Atlas Funded, but the issues started immediately after passing.

When I asked to confirm my initial purchase details (specifically whether any add-ons or bundles were included), support repeatedly refused to provide an invoice or order summary. I was only told that “there is no add-on on your purchase,” without any proof or documentation.

What raised serious concerns is that:

I requested a simple invoice / order breakdown (which any legitimate business should be able to provide).

Support avoided the request and redirected me to FAQ links instead.

No explanation was given for pricing differences, only “system shows no add-on.”

The conversation was closed without transparency or escalation.

This creates a situation where all decisions rely solely on internal records that customers cannot verify. If basic purchase details cannot be proven, it raises doubts about how future matters like payouts, add-ons, or eligibility are handled.

I am not accusing anyone of fraud, but the lack of transparency and refusal to provide basic billing documents is a major red flag. Traders should be extremely cautious and make sure they understand the risks before proceeding further.

Worst support team and shadiest play of words

Worst support team and shadiest policies.
I requested my first payout from atlas on thursday 18th dec and when i didnt received it after three working days, I asked the website support about their rule of payout guarantee and they told me that I will be given 1000$ compensation after Monday ends.
Today (tuesday 23rd december) when I reached out the support team they declined to acknowledge the words of their member and kept saying that I am still in the defined period.
The support members just keep beating around the bush when they are asked about the defined period of this policy.

The payout guarantee rule is also very shady.
they say that the first payout will be given in 24 working hours which mmeans 3 working and and the next payouts will be processed within 48 working hours which means 6 working days (more than a week) This is the slowest payout processing in industry.
I suggest that Atlas should train their support members to be clear with the customers and remove the shady rules (there are other such rules other than this one, Hope they will reach out and work on it or ill have to post everything)

It was a different experience with them, I requested a withdrawal and it has been pending for the past months. That is ridiculous. They have been denying my request without processing my withdrawal. They allow you to make a deposit but they won't allow you to take it out. CENTURY and 100 brings a whole new pace, thoughtful, selective, and clearly geared toward long term progress instead of just moving lots around.

spoke with one of their reps and asked simple question...how do your accounts scale if you meet the requirements as the link they have online dosnt work (amateurs) . the rep gave me then same answer 4 times without answering, then they said try a different browser, tried, still didnt work and asked 'surely you can just tell me what the scale up would be' and they couldnt, they couldnt explain how their accounts scale from 200k, possibly an indication that no one has ever scaled lol completely useless 'support', useless like trying to butter bread with a brick...in the dark and thats even before you start asking for payments lol il be staying well clear.

Atlas Funded

Atlas Funded, please try to understand that clients should receive every service on time. Your payout service is also very poor. I have been waiting for the past 36 hours, and you guaranteed the first payout within 24 hours. Despite this, you haven't sent my payout. I didn't want to leave this kind of review; I was positive about your company. If you solve my problem and send the payout, I will change my review. I hope you will reply soon and resolve the issue.

My account was shut down on alligation of RISK EXPOSURE, I was surprised by all this hidden rules and it was SOFT BREACHED THEY called it.

I paid $868 dollars, I felt totally robbed and cheated, am asking for my REFUND .

Your company promised to update my account after your system Migration, but never did, I have a load of regret from paying for this account, I was doing well on my trade, you guy just shut me down on speculation. I NEED A REFUND.

Pearl is a great moderator

I had been struggling with account issues during Atlas' tech migration. Every time I attempted support, moderators would have me wait a day or two.

Pearl was able to use my proof of payment to correct my account errors and did so with a fast response time. I am grateful for this effective support.

Issue After Passing Both Phases — Account Became Unusable

I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision.

I successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Atlas Funded $10,000 two-step challenge and paid the full fees for a funded account with 1:75 leverage, as advertised. However, after completion, the account I was provided and traded on turned out to be an evaluation account, not a funded account, and it was operating under much lower leverage (1:20 initially, later even reduced further).

I raised a complaint immediately once I noticed this discrepancy, as this issue was not caused by any action on my part. Despite reporting it on time, the balance and adjustments were later calculated as if I had been trading a funded account, which made no sense given that the account provided was an evaluation account.

The company stated that a $200 goodwill gesture was applied, but in practical terms, due to drawdown rules and account constraints, the effective value reflected on the account was only about $29, which made the account practically unusable. With this balance, I couldn’t even place a single standard trade, whereas earlier I was able to trade normally.

I also want to highlight that I paid specifically for 1:75 leverage, yet the leverage provided was significantly lower throughout the process. This directly affected my trading and risk management.

Despite multiple explanations and attempts to resolve the issue professionally, the final response I received was that this was the “maximum they could do.” As a result, the core issue remained unresolved, and I ultimately chose not to continue with the account.

I am not asking for any extra benefit—only what was originally paid for and promised. Unfortunately, my experience suggests a lack of clarity and consistency in account handling and post-support resolution.

I hope Atlas Funded takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency and issue resolution for future traders.
