Been using this for a few years and haven't had any issues. It makes my older CPU (Ryzen 7 3700X) perform better in games and thanks to it my 16 gigs of ram are still enough for what I do. (Playing g... See more

I have an OLD & SLOW system, this OS Changes that.
I have an OLD system, this OS brings new life to it and I'm not even exaggerating. My primary use for my system is gaming and my oh my does my system game now.
My specs are i7-7700 / 16GB DDR4 / GTX 1080. Like I said, old system.
Call of Duty MW3 (2023) ran like crap on base Windows 11 install, Even with FSR 2.1/NIS enable or even manual scaling it was under 50 FPS no matter what. I installed Windows 10, ran the AtlasOS Installer and restarted, MW3 on High runs around 100 FPS which is absolutely amazing!
Outside of gaming the system is more responsive, snappier and overall just faster. From downloading to opening programs or even file explorer or a browser, everything opens practically instantly! I'm glad I gave AtlasOS a try and I wish I would have done this sooner!
Installing it is really simple, not hard to do at all.
5/5. Highly recommended.
I can now watch porn IN 4K!!!!!!!!
so goooooood
I recently had the pleasure of using Atlas OS
I recently had the pleasure of using Atlas OS, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in several key areas: low latency, exceptional performance, and minimal system requirements. Here's why I believe Atlas OS is a standout operating system:
Low Latency: Atlas OS truly shines in the realm of low latency. Whether I was gaming, streaming, or working on real-time applications, I noticed an impressive reduction in input lag. The responsiveness of the system is exceptional, making for a smooth and enjoyable user experience. This low latency not only improves productivity but also enhances the overall feel of the OS.
Exceptional Performance: Atlas OS is a powerhouse when it comes to performance. It consistently delivered speedy and efficient operation, even when running resource-intensive applications. I was particularly impressed by how smoothly it handled multitasking, allowing me to effortlessly switch between applications without any noticeable slowdown. Whether you're a casual user or a power user, Atlas OS ensures a snappy and responsive computing experience.
Low System Requirements: One of the standout features of Atlas OS is its minimal system requirements. It can run on a wide range of hardware configurations, including older machines, without sacrificing performance. This not only extends the lifespan of older computers but also reduces the need for costly hardware upgrades. Atlas OS is proof that you don't need a high-end system to enjoy a top-notch computing experience.
In conclusion, Atlas OS is a remarkable operating system that excels in delivering low latency, outstanding performance, and low system requirements. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive computing experience, whether for work, entertainment, or gaming. With Atlas OS, you can breathe new life into older hardware and enjoy a modern, efficient, and lag-free operating system. I highly recommend giving it a try if you value these key attributes in an operating system.

This modified Windows 10 installation has redefined what it means to have a user-friendly and feature-rich operating system. Atlas OS is not just an upgrade; it's a revolution in the world of operating systems.

I wholeheartedly recommend Atlas OS to anyone who wants to experience Windows 10 like never before. It's not just an operating system; it's a digital masterpiece.
My honest review
AtlasOS cured my cancer! The swastika symbol on the boot screen is a bit weird though...
Dream come true
Finally a dream come true finally windows don't suck anymore. Thank you so much awesome people for such an amazing job.
Fix Atlas, plus false advertisement
Positives: Very light weight, fixed my gaming PC, kept me from upgrading, RDR2 runs at 60FPS on a CORE i3 3225 paired with a GTX 1060
Negatives: nucleus co-op [GAMING PROGRAM] doesn't detect the other player when I have Atlas OS installed, I reinstalled 3 times, Atlas OS does something that doesn't cope with nucleus co-op,. but the thing is, I use nucleus co-op, to play video games with my friends every week, so I can't upgrade unfortunately, plus the processes go back up to 97 without anything but steam and 4 games installed
False Advertisements: Even after restart, it hangs at 78, despite the advertised 35, and on a fresh install, it only goes to 57, and only increases afterwards, it advertises 900mb ram usage, but even on a fresh install, it uses 1.2GB, close enough but, it climbs to 3gb after 4 days

Why you Should and Shouldn't use Atlas OS
I've been using Atlas OS for a while now. It's important to understand what you're doing if you want to use it. Some people complain about its security, but it's designed more for performance than security. I've been using customized versions of Windows since 2018. Even though I know how to handle security issues, I've used crypto wallets and credit cards without any problems. Now I have a high-end PC, but I still prefer these custom versions because they offer better performance and lower latency in games. Atlas is the best custom Windows OS I've found for maximizing performance. It might not be the most compatible option, but it works well for me. If security is your main concern, it's better to avoid Atlas and stick to the original Windows. However, it's worth noting that even the regular version of Windows isn't entirely safe due to potential hidden spyware from Microsoft.
