Really pleased with the service I received regarding my order for some cushion. A few days after placing my order I received a email saying there was a stock issue due to the manufacture of them.i was offered an alternative or refund and an apology for the inconvenience,as they were a Xmas box I was happy to wait and was told it would two weeks before they would be dispatched,however I received them days earlier than I expected, I was kept in the loop all the way could not fault them so thank you.

This the best furniture company in London . I have dealt with them in 4 occasions for 4 of our family homes and they have never disappointed us . They are extremely professional with high standard furniture which we are pleased with . They even supported us in making changes to the furniture even when it was delivered . Their customer service is outstanding specially Adil who supported us from the start to finish. Even their manager is super helpful .

Excellent Service and Beautiful Sofa!
I recently bought a sofa from Atmacha Furniture and I’m really impressed. The delivery team were amazing - the sofa didn’t fit through my doors, but they carefully brought it in through the back garden without any issues. The sofa itself is great quality, comfortable and looks amazing in my home. I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!

Delivery men arrived to uplift the sideboard and was not able to as you had not told them the size, which was too big for them to lift, I have phoned you several times since, but you are too busy
I ordered a sideboard on the 1st July, wrong sideboard delivered and still waiting on my refund 4 months later. Sideboard has not been uplifted sitting in my hall for weeks, they say because they are a company in London they have not been able to get it uplifted and it will be another 11 days, firstly they should not have taken the money when they did not have the sideboard in stock and why deliver north of the border when they can’t arrange transport.

After delivery, our store team spoke with your husband, who kindly agreed to wait for the correct colour to arrive and was happy to keep the sideboard. Around two weeks later, we received your request for a refund, and we completely understand your decision not to wait for a replacement.
As a boutique business, we personally manage all deliveries and collections to ensure every order receives careful handling. For Scotland, we group deliveries and collections into one monthly trip — not because we cannot visit more often, but to serve all customers in the region efficiently within the same timeframe.
To avoid any further delay, we’ve arranged a collection through a third-party courier for next week, so your item can be uplifted sooner than our next scheduled visit. Once the sideboard has been returned to us, your refund will be processed immediately.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and are very sorry we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
