I was so pleased with the service and the product. Very good team, they delivered and assembled my bed on time, even when visiting the store, before ordering I felt so welcomed. The manager was so polite and helpful.

The chairs are beautiful and very good…
The chairs are beautiful and very good quality. Only giving 4 stars rather than 5 as the communication wasn't very good. I had to chase for an update on the delivery a few times and ended up taking just over three months to arrive (although it did state 8-12 weeks so not much over the expected date).

Only thing that you can improve is to communicate to customer when the product will be delivered. I had to chase couple of times. No emails about confirmation of delivery.

Absolutely love my new coffee table
Absolutely love my new coffee table, goes very well and more beautiful than the pictures. Very proffesional workmanship and was able to choose my own table top. Parts missing of bed
Parts missing of bed! Compared to what the website showed. I paid upfront full in cash for this bed… Random Screws we’re used to put the bed together! The bed is not Quality and overpriced and will break quickly because of missing parts and how it’s been installed by atmacha.The headboard is weak and shakes. I had to drill wood to my wall onto the headboard to make the headboard not break.
I viewed the bed in show room before paying full in cash, and the show room is a public stunt, they make things look good online but realistically in reality it’s really not. They drill the furniture to make it secure in showroom however when your item arrives in your home it will not be the same and secure.
I’ve called the staff numerous times. And have been sold empty promises.
Also I would like to add, after purchasing atmacha requested a full video of my home from the front door to the bedroom where the bed would be. I obviously declined (before buying the bed I would obviously make sure a king size bed with two bed side tables would fit in my home… common sense). Apparently this is to show if the bed could fit through my home. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO DO THIS AS YOU WILL BE PUTTING YOUR HOME AT RISK ALLOWING ACCESS TO WHOM EVER IS WATCHING OR HAS THE VIDEO TO YOUR HOME WHERE YOU CAN BE TARGETED BY CRIME.
Also they lied about appointments are required to view show room. You can just walk in the shop. This is another stunt they use to make things look seemingly busy or professional.
I found this experience very weird.
It’s been 2 weeks now, Bed looks nice but couldn’t return it even if I wanted to after shortly realising all the stunts they pulled off… so I just have to deal with it after spending over £2,000.00

We are sorry we could not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We have liaised with both the store and delivery team in relation to your purchase and are advised that the missing part in the storage section of the bed has been ordered and has in fact been received, however despite calling you on numerous occasions we are unable to reach you to arrange delivery. The missing part does not however interfere with the usage of the bed in the meantime as it doesn’t affect its functionality or safety. We are also advised that a member of the team from the store had contacted you after the delivery to notify you the part was being ordered.
Although La blanc bed was only introduced approx. 6 months ago, we sell almost 60 quantities a month and have not received any complaints regarding the headboard. Please note that the headboard cannot be fixed onto a wall as this model is a free-standing bedframe; if you wish to fix it to a wall, you will need to have purchased a wall panel instead.
All furniture in our showroom is identical to those delivered to customers and cannot accept such misleading comments regarding furniture being different. We are advised you visited the showroom twice to inspect the bedframe in person in detail before delivery and will note that it is identical, and no parts are drilled to walls.
We note that staff have contacted you by phone on numerous occasions to discuss either your delivery or after sales service and have been unable to reach you. We therefore feel there was no neglect on our part, and we have been accommodating as much as possible.
We advise all our customers who purchase large furniture such as sofas and bedframes (with headboard in particular) to send us a video of entrances, staircase, ceilings, or lifts to ensure no obstructions for delivery. This is for the benefit of the customer to avoid being disappointed on delivery, and to avoid unnecessary charges. You will appreciate that a lot of time, effort and cost is associated in transportation and delivery of your furniture. We have visited many customer homes over the past 4 years where the customer failed to assess the space appropriately, hence the reason we request a video, which is simply assessed by our delivery team and not shared with anyone outside the organisation under no circumstances. To reiterate, this is not a random request and we do not force customers to send such video, it is simply a kind request for your benefit and if you wish not to share such video due to a bad experience, then this is perfectly acceptable as ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all purchases are made at their own risk. Alternatively, we can arrange for a member of staff to your visit your home for an assessment if this is preferred. In the 4 years of trading, we have never received such comments regarding this request, nor have we received impolite messages to our staff who are simply trying to do their job.
We continue to advise customers to book an appointment before visiting our showroom or the outlets store, however this does not mean we would turn customers away if they turned up without an appointment. The appointment system was initially introduced in June 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic to avoid the spread of the virus and to protect both staff and customers. We continue to of this to avoid overcrowding, as you would have noticed our showroom is relatively small. We do not feel that this is something that should be criticised as it’s for the benefit of all.
We appreciate your feedback, as this helps us improve our services. As with any company, we do occasionally make mistakes and we work to improve or eliminate these as much as we can, however we are not a company who deceive customers and cannot accept such labelling. We have built the company on trust and have developed a large customer base and followers based on this.

Did order 2 month ago paying full amount and am calling every week to find put the progress even though they said they will update me. Really bad serviss and not being honest about delivery tasks. Still don’t know how long will be waiting for. And fingers crossed I will receive it!
