Kelly Prince did a great job trying to resolve the issue over the phone. Unfortunately the scope needed to be returned for a fix or replacement, but she provided the RMA and shipping label at the time of the phone call.

Ms. Kelly Prince was very helpful in setting up my repairs on my Thor 4 thermal scope. We went through the firmware reset but it needed to be sent in for repair. She is very thorough and has quick answers.
