AtomChat is a professional yet approachable platform for integrating a chat system into your own website, forum, or virtually any online community. With more than 30 ready-to-use integrations available, getting started is straightforward.

We run a community with over 7,000 members and use AtomChat for both public discussion areas and various community events. Integrating our existing group permissions and user roles (in our case, from WoltLab) was simple and worked seamlessly.

The platform also offers a high degree of customization in terms of design and appearance, allowing you to adapt it to your brand and community needs (basic programming knowledge is helpful for advanced customization). Users can create private chats, and audio and video calling features can be integrated as well.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. We can highly recommend AtomChat to anyone looking for a flexible and feature-rich chat solution. 👍

Horrible support. They say they didn't receive support requests and then acknowledge them during a chat. they get you off the phone with a follow up promise and never deliver. Terrible company

AtomChat has been an absolute nightmare to work with. The platform is so plagued with bugs that it’s practically unusable. Constant crashes, lost messages, and a horribly outdated interface make it more of a headache than a solution. To make matters worse, their customer support is a joke—slow responses, canned replies, and zero accountability. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or the quality of their product. I regret ever choosing AtomChat and would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this disaster of a service.

I use Atomchat for my website, it has exceeded my expectations very much. Also, the price point is very competitive! Very happy so far!

Simple WordPress install plus good api system giving ability to customise. Two different use cases that have worked well with some customisation 1. Using as a membership so only get access to chatting with other members once subscribed user role changes. 2. Customising so that admin in backend can chat with users on frontend as well from any backend page as they are working.
Never had any reported downtime which is great.

The AtomChat plugin is a must and I'm so glad I found it. It works absolutely perfect on my website and has more features than my previous chat plugin. The support team (probably the best I've ever seen) is an amazing, very polite and helpful team that ensures everything is well integrated and running like it should be. You don't find a team like this easily I can tell you that.

Plugin works great on our new site. Users are loving being able to chat with each other and in groups. It was super easy to install and any questions i had about extra features or configuration the support responded within a few hours.

We have used various chat plugins for our website, but seem to always have issues with them. But since finding AtomChat, all of our questions have been answered and this is by far the best chat plugin we have ever used!

The chat is completely instant, there are no issues whatsoever and there are some cool features too including creating announcements admin side that we thought were very helpful to inform all the users. We had around 800 users using this plugin with hundreds of messages being sent, and there was no issues atall!

We had a few questions with adding this in and asking for future customisation. Each time the support has been incredibly quick and they have always sorted out exactly what we needed. Special shoutout to Rashmi too who is always on the ball, making sure everything is working well. Thanks Rashmi!

3 years i use AtomChat and i think he's the best chat for website with many tool and very nice customers services.

I use AtomChat to implement the key messaging/chat feature in my app. Before choosing AtomChat, I compared several alternatives, such as no-code implementations or boilerplate react native apps. But both from a cost and from an ease-of-use perspective, AtomChat stood out.
The integration was quite straightforward and the documentation has a long list of supported backends. The team/support was super helpful and friendly.
After the trial, I continued with the start-up plan.
