Great service and selection, fast delivery and fair prices.

Whether in person or online I always receive excellent service. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable even if new to vaping. I don't experience someone 'trying to sell me something' if it doesn't fit with my needs. Fairly priced and great selection. Always let you try the different flavours. Ordering for delivery is quick and simple and I very much appreciated the tracked next day delivery.

Over priced

Over priced. I went down for a nic shot that on the website it was £1.49, the guy in store charged me £5. I challenged him to check the price online... he came back with a new price, this time £3 ... I just turned my back and I’m not going back to this store.

We're sorry that you missed this notification on our website and we will make sure that it is more obvious for our future customers. We'd also like to add that if you prefer our online prices we encourage you to use our click and collect or delivery services offered on our website.

We're also sorry that you found our newest member of staff a little confused on your visit. We carry a lot of stock in our shops and sometimes prices are hard to remember
