I ordered an 'Adjustable Ergonomic Portable Aluminum Laptop Desk with DOUBLE FANS' from a FB ad..... on April 7th. 14-21 days delivery. The order confirmation came from CLRare at service @ 24serviceforu.com which noted itself as being https:// atox.store
The payment which was processed via PayPal was made to Yinglian Trading Company Ltd., with an email address service @ 24hforu.com.
Only spotted all those oddities after seeing a post on social media about the product I'd ordered.
On seeing that post I checked my emails and tried to access my order via the link provided in my email from the company. Got an error message "Oops, can't find that page". Dug a bit deeper and couldn't log in to the website using my account information. Tried to reset my password but the site didn't recognise my email address....the one they'd emailed me on...
Email by hitting 'Reply'from one of their emails and asked where my order was. On it's on the way. Here's the tracking number, check it out. Item hadn't left China (I know, I know....There's a clue there!🤨)
Told them was over the lead time. They said 'Ah yeah, might take a bit longer'!
On May 27th I opened a dispute with PayPal for a full refund for non-delivery. They forwarded the details to the trader, Yinglian. The trader messaged me, again, ah yeah it might take a bit longer.
Imagine my surprise when I checked the tracking number later that day, when I discovered it had just arrived in the UK. Fancy that....! What a coincidence! I said I'd wait to see if it arrived this week.
It did. Today. Well, sorry let me clarify....a parcel arrived from China. From Tehui....who ever or whatever that is.
The contents bears NO RESEMBLANCE whatsoever, to what I ordered.
Needless to say, I've reverted to the company demanded an immediate refund. Based on their actions or reply in the next 24hours, I will escalate it to PayPal.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I ordered something on April 16th and still haven’t received it (Almost June now). The retailer has stopped answering my emails . Impossible to track your item and when I would ask for details the retailer would just continue to reassure me that my package was in its way. Still waiting NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!

This store appears to be a scam. An order I placed over 1 month ago has disappeared from shipping tracking (it was there a week ago) and from the "stores" order history. Do not buy from this company.

This company operates with another company by the name CLRARE. They send you out the wrong order and when you complain they ask you to send back the wrong product at your own expense. This would cost as much as the product you want. one word Scam
