Great service from beginning to end ....

When it comes to me, I had a really great online-shopping experience with ATP Atelier ; - ) from the first contact (the newsletter registration was not working) until the unforunate return service, everything went smooth and very friendly. The order was shipped quickly and the quality of the bag was outstanding. Unfortunately the size was smaller than expected and I had to send it back ... also the return process was very easy and I received back the money quick and without problems. Will have a look for a different model and hopefully buy there again soon ..... THANKS Ebba ;-)

Bad quality

Save yourself the money. The hardware of my bag turned from gold to silver after a year. This should not be the case in this price range. Customer service does nothing. There are H&M bags that last longer:).

No support for international customers

No support for international customers. ATP ships out and you’ll never see your money again. Once through customs you have to pay duty fee (in my case 30%!) recalling the package is no option for ATP. Unfriendly customer service as I read here in all reviews.

This is clearly a wanna be designer company without any knowledge how to deliver an acceptable level of service. I read below that I am expecting low quality. Thanks for managing my expectations.

Poor people who work there.

Absolutely terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality! Avoid ATP products at all costs. I bought a pair of boots for 5900 SEK, and they tore apart after just two wears. To make matters worse, the company refuses to provide any assistance or support. Save your money and choose a brand that values its customers and offers durable products.

Have tried to get in touch for six months

I have unsuccessfully tried to contact ATP Atelier's customer service for 6 months regarding a complaint about a bag I purchased the year before.

I have sent them emails on 25/10, 8/11, 10/1, and 24/1 and today 21/3.

I received a response to my first email, where they asked me to send my purchase receipt. Since then, I have written to them four times without hearing anything. And since they replied to my first email, i know it is the right one.

I still hope that they will get back to me so we can sort out the complaint.

Bad quality and the staff is stiff and…

Bad quality and the staff is stiff and boring not super inspiring

I was in the store this weekend and they seemed under stimulated. Not having fun nor did the staff really inspire, they all seemed like they tried to fit in to a certain standard that’s fake.

I have a arezxo that I bought less than a year ago that did not keep its shape or color. Super easily scratched. Nothing to do about it they said but promise long lasting items?!!!!! I will not recommend or buy again ever

Overpriced, terrible quality

So disappointed. Been viewing these boots for months and thought I'd treat myself in the sale. Quality atrocious for a £550 product. Openings too narrow, despite being correct size, a rip in the leather which was thin and and showed the material underneath. Please do not go near this company.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality? I heard some people talking about it but I was keen to try for myself but the rumors were true. Horrible quality of the shoes and then the wallet I bought was in worse condition. Had to throw it.

Awful quality & service

Bought heels, wore them twice before the leather went off on the heel. Tried to contact customer service but they did absolutely nothing to help me. I’ve also bought a bag where the stitches came off and the leather lost its color. So bad quality for such a high price

Bad quality

Received a pair of sandals that was quite high price. The quality was not as expected and in very poor material. I have contacted their customers service a couple of times but haven't got any answer so the experience with ATP was not at all good.

Horrible quality - Capurso sandals

I got the Capurso sandals and was so excited. But the quality is shockingly low. After only one use the soles are completely torn up - these shoes are beautiful, but that's about it. They won't even last the summer - I sent pictures to customer service and spent weeks emailing back and forth and they did absolutely nothing - denying that the quality of their product was clearly inferior and suggested instead I spend money on re-soling my brand new 400 USD sandals?!

Very bad quality

Very bad quality

I bought a pair of Maglie brouges from ATP Atelier. I only used them for a month (and it did use a shoehorn). After a month of light usage the back seam fell apart.

Considering how expensive the shoes were, I contacted customer service thinking it must be a manufacturing error. I've never had shoes fall apart like that after a month!

The reply from customer service was that this happens after "use". I am very disappointed in the low quality of the shoes and how badly constructed they seem to be.

I would avoid this brand and spend your money elsewhere.

Amazing quality bag, comfy sandals, super speedy delivery to Ireland!

This is my third order from ATP - I have two of their handbags and they’re great quality. I also have a pair of their boots and brogue style shoes. Love them all!
I’m based in Ireland and needed a bag and matching shoes to be delivered within a few days - ATP shipped same day and I received them within 48 hours. That’s amazing service! Customer service was also speedy when I enquired on placing the order as to when the bag and shoes would be shipped. And now to the bag and shoes. I ordered the everyday sandals (Urbino) in sage green and matching tote bag (Pienza) and I’m in love with both of them. Amazing leather. Shoes so comfortable. Can’t wait until it’s time to order more from ATP!

Poor Quality and Design

I bought a pair of the Urbino Black Everyday sandal for 320USD. In less than 2 months after buying the sandals they completely deformed. The leather separated exposing this foam material used to construct the sole. The foam was torn and the sandals look like a dog chewed them to bits (I have no pets). The only thing I can think of that could have caused the damage was wearing them on wet ground one time. When I wrote to the manufacturer providing photographs of the broken shoe they told me it had been my responsibility to add a 1-2mm sole to the "sandals" (which in fact seem to be for all intensive purposes not sandals but slippers). The care instructions, which I did read, were to add this sole if you live in a climate "that more often than not is wet due to rain or snow, you might want to protect the bottom of the shoe with a 1-2 mm rubber sole." I have spent considerable time in Sweden and the UK, thinking my climate was not nearly as rainy or snowy (who wears sandals in the snow?) as those I did not think this gentle suggestion of an additional sole buried in the care instructions was necessary. I didn't realize that wearing them outside would destroy them in under 2 months. This is a design flaw not a user error or general "wear and tear." I often buy shoes second hand and only wear leather shoes and have never encountered a problem like this before. The patronizing email filled with exclamation points from customer service didn't help. A company that toutes construction and design expertise should really get it together!

Untrustworthy and negligent

I got allergic reactions to their shoes, and after nearly a year's chasing them to ask what they're made of, and hence what I might be reacting to, they came back and basically said "bugger off". I absolutely cannot recommend this company at all, though they had initially seemed so very promising. They do not take consumer safety seriously and god only knows what is in their shoes! Their staff are totally negligent and any "quality control" and checks seem totally non-existent. They also don't appear to comply even with any indistry best practice guidelines on chemical safety in the manufacture of shoes, as they have absolutely no idea what is in their products. Accordingly, I would not even trust that their leathers are vegetable tanned as claimed, as that may well have been what I reacted to (chrome in leather).
