We hired Johann and Atrio solutions to supply and fit an aluminium conservatory in January 2021. Long story short, the conservatory still isn't fully complete as of 2023. The delivery took ages, with Johann using a trick to fool customers telling you the delivery is booked for two weeks later and then when the delivery date comes, he tells you another date two weeks away. This way, it makes you feel you're always close to get what you need while months and months go by. When it eventually arrived on site, it took them three times longer what was planned to install it. There were some unilateral design decisions made with changes to an aluminium panel which became an obscured glass panel and to the design of the door. While installing it, they didn't protect the area properly from rain and it rained on our newly installed floor, which needed replacing. Needless to say, his insurance ignored any claims, never seen any communications to insurers so he may not even have insurance. We had to pay for an additional door from our pocket as Atrio didn't even have apparently the money to afford one more door. This eventually arrived in October 2022 and was fitted (almost two years after hiring them). We then discovered at the same time that two glazing units had failed and needed replacement under warranty. The usual trick has now become with Johann telling us the glazing units will be delivered in two weeks and repeating this every two weeks. We are now at the end of June 2023 and still no replacement of the units has been done. Avoid Johann and Atrio solutions at all costs!
